We are Pune based company with good facilities. We are experienced, innovative
& sincere towards our work & maintain best quality.

We have technically well-versed teams that consistently supplies products that

for our customers and consultants. Our capabilities and services provide growth

range for various industry verticals. Our knowledge is updated every now and

Panel Unit Setup:

We have setup of 1400 Sq. Ft. equipped with skilled manpower & required
machines.

We have NABL certified calibrated Megger, Multimeter, Digital Vernier Caliper &
Measuring Tape to get accuracy in quality perspective.

Having 3 Phase Supply, HV Tester for panel testing as per requirements of Clients.

Store capacity much enough to keep the material in stock always.


Fabrication Setup:

We have another unit of fabrication having setup of 4000 Sq. Ft. equipped with
skilled manpower & machines. We have 80 Tones Shearing & Bending machine
which can be used up to higher thickness CRCA sheet. We have 8-10 no’s CO2
welding machines and SS Organ welding machine to get work complete as on
requirement by our valued customers. We have team of well knowledge
employees for fabrication of various types of panels.

Powder Coating:

Phosphating process on panels will get done properly for pretreatment of CRCA
sheet. After surface preparation it is coated with epoxy or Polyester based
powder to give thickness of 80-100 microns. It is baked in oven up to 180 Deg.
temperature for better adhesion.
