1 AUDIT SUMMARY
The audit was conducted 20 January 2024 to identify in detail any malfunction switches,
parts, damages and non-compliance referring to law and regulation

2 AUDIT OBJECTIVE
The objectives of the audit are as follows:

i. To identify any malfunction switches, parts, damages and non-compliance

referring to law and regulation [Factories & Machinery (Electric Passenger Lift and
Goods Lift) Act, 1967] and all related to the requirements.

ii. To suggest recommendations and solutions for all the identified findings and
defects.

5 CONCLUSION
All findings need to be addressed accordingly and necessary replacements and adjustments
need to be done as soon as possible by the respective party. Any cost in respect to this
rectification works will be advised accordingly. The findings are based on the latest DOSH
Directive and best engineering practice in order to ensure the lift operation is at optimum
level.
