Procedure:
firstly, in a pan take 2 cup milk, 1 cup cream, ¼ cup milk powder and ½ cup condensed milk.
mix well and cook until the mixture thickens.
add ½ cup coconut, ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
continue to cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture turns creamy texture.
cool completely, and transfer into molds.
freeze for 8 hours or until the ice cream is set completely.
