JOB SUMMARY
 Plan meals with head cook
 Retrieve charts
 Enter nutritional data into computer database
 Maintain and file recipes
 Schedule special meals
 Call clients with birthday reminders
 Answer telephones and route messages
 Cook meals and deliver them to appropriate areas
 Perform other clerical duties as required

REQUIRED SKILLS
 Keyboarding (35+wpm)
 Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
 Thorough understanding of cooking skills
 Excellent customer service skills

EDUCATION
 High School diploma
 Post-secondary training as a cook or 1-year experience short-order cooking
 CPR certified
