CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND DURATION

CUSTOMER CONTRACTS 20 HOURS (4 DAYS)

DESCRIPTION TRAINING CREDITS


This four-day course is for business users who manage and 2
process customer accounts and contracts. In this course, you
will learn how to create a new customer, create new customer
contracts, create and adjust customer invoices, record customer payments, process bad debts
and write-offs, and create and modify billing and revenue recognition schedules for a variety of
contract types. Lastly, you will process a customer contract through payment processing for
both deferred and non-deferred revenue. You will also explore many of the standard Workday
reports for revenue and customer accounts.

Individuals responsible for Workday accounts receivable configuration should take the Financial
Fundamentals course.

This course is approved for 24 hours Continuing Professional Education (CPE) with the National
Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
