A: Good morning, and welcome to Airbus. I am the coordinator for our recruitment process.

Could you both start by stating your full names, please?

B: Good morning. My name is Rosabel Hualcaya.

C: Good morning. And mine is Leslie Castillo.

A: Nice to meet both of you. Tell me about your likes and dislikes.

B: I like working quickly and efficiently in a team for a dynamic company. I dislike working in
disorganized settings because it makes achieving goals hard.

C: I enjoy solving problems effectively and collaborating well with others. I dislike poor
communication because it leads to mistakes.

A: Marvelous! Tell me about your educational background; Which universities did you both
study at? And what did they get from their studies?

B: I studied Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú. I learned to


optimize processes efficiently and collaborate effectively in team projects.

C: I graduated in Business Administration from the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú. I


developed skills to manage projects effectively and work well with diverse teams.

A: "Amazing! What companies did you both work for, and what were your roles there?"

B:I worked for the company INZI, I was in charge of carrying out tests and trials to evaluate
their viability and performance. I collaborated closely with engineers in developing efficient
solutions and constantly analyzed data to optimize processes.

C:I worked as a Business Administrator at DYOS, managing daily operations and coordinating
meetings effectively. I excelled in this role because I am organized and detail-oriented, but I
also enjoyed multitasking.

A: Brilliant! How would you describe your previous work?

B:It was a bit stressful and demanding, but my job is also my passion.

C: It was interesting and enjoyable.

A: That's good to hear. How would you approach your work to achieve your goals?

B: I believe that working quickly, diligently, and methodically is the best way to achieve your
goals.

C:Working efficiently, carefully and effectively is the best way to achieve your goals.

A:Excellent. Were you goog at team work? What do you enjoy most about managing a team?

B: Yes, I was good at teamwork because I enjoy collaborating closely with others to achieve
common goals. I particularly enjoy managing a team because I like guiding and mentoring
others to succeed.

C:I believe I was good at teamwork because I thrive in collaborative environments. I find
managing a team fulfilling because I enjoy fostering a collaborative spirit and achieving
objectives together.
A:I like that. Finally, can you both tell me your salary expectations?

B:I would expect to be compensated competitively for my skills and experience. I work hard
and efficiently to achieve results for the company.

C:My salary expectations are flexible and dependent on the opportunity. I work carefully and
effectively, aiming to contribute positively to the company.

A: Excellent answers, that would be all girls, thank you very much for your collaboration.

B: Thank you, A. I look forward to having the opportunity to contribute to the success of
Airbus.

C: It was a pleasure to be here. I hope to have the opportunity to work in this company.
