Sample Study Timetable for a Late-Night Studying 10th Grader

Monday to Friday

Morning Routine:

 5:30 AM- 6:00 AM: Wake up and freshen up, Breakfast, Light exercise / Yoga
 6:00 AM - 6:20 AM: Quick revision of what was studied the previous night
 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM: School (adjust according to actual school timings)

Daytime Routine:

 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Return home and have a light snack


 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Rest / Power nap

Afternoon Routine:

 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Focus on core subjects (Math and Science)


 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Free play / Outdoor activities
 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Relaxation / Screen time

Evening Routine:
