RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED


FIFTY-FIVE PESOS ONLY AND 0/100 (₱18,155.00) FROM BUDGET APPROPRIATION:

1. 20% BDF 2022 ROAD CONCRETING/ROAD REHAB ₱18,155.00

AUGMENT THE SAME AMOUNT TO:

1. FLOOD CONTROL ₱18,155.00

WHEREAS, there is already an appropriation for the flood control project but is not enough to
implement the project;

WHEREAS, realignment of the said fund to fund the flood control project is necessary to continue the
project;

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered and upon motion of Hon. Kag. Juliet G. Cañete which was
duly seconded by Hon. Kag. Ruben D. Yapac, it was:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to REALIGN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTEEN


THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE PESOS ONLY AND 0/100 (₱18,155.00) FROM
BUDGET APPROPRIATION 20% BDF 2022 ROAD CONCRETING/ROAD REHAB AND
AUGMENT THE SAME TO FLOOD CONTROL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the municipal office of accounting,
budget and other offices concerned for their reference;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED 18 December 2023.
