We, Mariely Napiza Oconer and Maria Rosario Napiza Arambulo, both legal age, both
married, both Filipino citizens, with a resident at Quezon City, and the registered land
owner of the property particularly described as follows:

Location: Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Laguna
Total Land Area: 15,468 Square Meters
Agriculture area

Do hereby FORMALLY OFFER TO SELL the aforementioned real estate property


subject to the following conditions:
1. That the offer to sell only stands and is effective for a period of three months
from the date of this instrument;
2. That a month before the expiration of this offer to sell, the buyer must show
proof of confirmation or approval of a loan from its third-party financing
institution;
3. That the asking price per square meter of the lot subject matter of this offer to sell
is One Thousand Seven Hundred pesos Only (Php1,700);
4. That we agree on an installment basis payable in 24 months provided a 30%
down payment shall be given;
5. That in exchange, please furnish us with your INTENT TO BUY, a Machine Copy
of your Certificate of Registration, a List of your members, and a Secretary
Certificate authorizing any of your officers or trustees to formally transact,
negotiate, enter into agreement and sign documents relative to the sale;

6. That legal instruments for the purchase of the above-described lot shall be
drafted, executed, and signed between the seller and the buyer upon full
payment to wit:
a) Deed of Absolute Sale;
b) Acknowledgement Receipt;
c) Owner’s Duplicate of Title
