 About Greenville

▪ Greenville gas liquefaction plant, located in Rumuji, Rivers State is equipped with three (3)
liquefaction trains and a total capacity to produce 2250 metric tonnes of LNG per day in Phase I.
▪ Phase 2 of the project will include two (2) additional liquefaction trains, which will increase the total
capacity produced to 5250 metric tonnes per day.
▪ Greenville LNG has brought the first LNG fueled trucks into Nigeria to distribute LNG to her
customers in all parts of the country.
▪ Greenville LNG refueling stations are currently under-construction at strategic locations across
Nigeria for LNG fueled vehicles.
▪ Greenville LNG is facilitating use of dual fuel conversion kits for conversion of diesel-powered heavy
vehicles to dual fuel of LNG-AGO.
▪ LNG is used in industries, for transportation and for power generation.

1. What are the changes you are going to make in existing system ? Hardware changes in the engine?
Ans: No Modification on the engine and its component. Only use OEM ECU output signal to interface with Beta MM
system ECU and plug in few sensors on the engine body as per the kit demand without disturbing OEM engine
functions.

2. Please brief on ECM/ECU changes? Software changes or in new implementation?

Ans: No changes to OEM ECU. Only output signals from the OEM ECU for certain parameters will be tapped as an
input signal for Beta MM system ECU.

3. What about performance after conversion?

Ans: There will either equal or better performance of the engine.

4. How is your warrantee clause? On what parts and for how many years?

Ans: Currently we are fitting 1 tank of 500 lit capacity. But its possible to place more than 1 tank of various capacities.

 6. How much installation and commissioning time at site?
Ans: Installation and commissioning of DDF kit will take 1 to 3 days at our Kaduna workshop.

7. What happens if vehicle is not used for few months?

Ans: It should follow the normal maintenance/long storage procedure as recommended by OEM before re- starting. For
Beta MM System, only LNG fill up in the tank should be followed as per our guideline as the tank may be empty by that
time & needs same procedure as a new tank fill up.

8. What is the average displacement and peak displacement we can consider?

Ans: Average will be 60-65% with a peak up to 70% displacement. However, it depends upon many factors like Engine
condition, driving habits, terrain, load etc.
