Amalgamation Details

Upon reviewing the Income Tax Return of Transways Group, it has been identified that two
amalgamations occurred during the fiscal years 2019-20 and 2020-21. During the fiscal year 2019-20,
eight companies were amalgamated into Transways Wine Private Limited (PAN Number -
AAACT9555C). Subsequently, during the fiscal year 2020-21, six companies were amalgamated into
Transways Exim Private Limited (PAN Number - AABCT0102C).
The details of the companies that were amalgamated into Transways Wine Private Limited during FY
2019-20, along with a snapshot of their Income Tax Returns is attached below:

Also, During the review of the device labeled "Biswajit OLG Desktop 1 TB" from premise TCPL-
HD-01, it was discovered that an amalgamation order had been issued by the National Company Law
Tribunal (NCLT) on the 15th of October 2019. This order pertained to the consolidation of eight
companies into Transways Wine Private Limited, aligning with the information provided in the
Income Tax Return filed by Transways Wine Private Limited for the Assessment Year 2020-21.
