In the event that this is not guaranteed with regard to the products you intend to deliver, please refrain from
delivery and send an email (including reference to this order number) to the contact email-address in the header of
this purchase order.
The delivery of the ordered goods constitutes your confirmation that the delivered goods do not incorporate iron or
steel products originating in Russia/Belarus.

Compliance with all applicable national and international (Re-) Export Control Compliance Laws and Sanctions
Regulations is of utmost importance to the Bosch Group. As a consequence thereof, Bosch Group will only accept
any products and/or services provided by its suppliers that are in full compliance with all applicable (Re-) Export
Control Compliance Laws and Sanctions Regulations, including but not limited to, those of the UN, EU & US.
You as a supplier are obliged to take any actions necessary to fully comply with all applicable (Re-) Export Control
Compliance Laws and Sanctions Regulations at any time and to ensure that the delivery of products or
performance of any services is in full compliance with these laws and regulations in countries any products are to
be sold or used as agreed or contractually stipulated with Bosch. Besides, you shall be obliged to inform Bosch
Group without undue delay about any changes of and with regards to applicable laws and regulations that may
have any impact on the export, (re-)export or use of the products and/or services provided by you.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by the purchasing terms and conditions of Bosch (POTC), which can be
viewed on the internet under https://www.bosch.com/company/supply-chain/information-for-business-partners/
#purchasing-terms-and-conditions and be applicable to all suppliers. However, for suppliers who have signed
Corporate Agreement with us, the terms andconditions of the POTC shall be applicable only to the extent they are
not covered under the Corporate Agreement. Please return a signed copy of this Purchase Order as a token of
your unconditional acceptance. Further, the supplier is obliged to comply with the Bosch Norm: N2580 & EHS
requirements. The Norms/EHS requirement should be accessed through the internet page http://www.bosch.in
under the section of Purchasing and Logistics. Please use our Order number and QB-Number for each delivery
and Invoicing.

On the invoice please always mention a purchase order number, a contact person on our side and a tax ID.
Remember to create the invoice line items matching exactly our purchase order. Our company's requirements of

1. Invoice Submission:
- Please submit the invoice copies within 3 days from the Invoice date
- If ePortal is activated, please submit Tax invoice through ePortal. Ensure the invoice is sent to the right legal
entity’s email ID shared at the time of onboarding to ePortal
- If ePortal is not activated, please submit the soft copy of invoice to Bosch Scan Centre email id

- Please mention the GSTIN Registration number on the invoice
- Please check the validity of the PO and sufficient Value / Quantity/ Price entered in the PO before raising the
Invoice to avoid any rejection during invoice processing
- PO number and Name of Contact person/ Requester/ Recepient of Material or Service should be mandatorily
mentioned on the Invoice
- When invoice is raised to SEZ locations, NO GST is applicable; however, please ensure that required
documents are available/ updated
2. For any queries with regard to payment status / outstanding invoices please write your queries to
[email protected]
3. Do not club items of multiple PO’s in a single invoice. Seperate Invoice should be raised for individual POs.
4. Please ensure that invoice contains our Part No. / Item description as specified in the PO (do not split order
quantity as full shipment only, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the user/requestor) and should be in English
and duly signed.
5. Invoice to be made exactly in line with PO (i.e., Item description, price, quantity, billing and shipping address
should match). Discrepancy in any form may lead to invoice rejection
6. While raising invoice, supplier to ensure “Ship To” and “Bill To” address are the same.
7. Any discrepancies in PO needs to be communicated to Bosch with in 48 hrs of PO receipt. Kindly send us an
Order acknowledgement/Order confirmation immediately after PO receipt.
8. 3 copies of invoice (separate for material and services) to be sent along with all the material supplies.
9. Material is to be delivered only through material gate during weekdays - Monday to Friday between
9:00am to 5:00pm. (unless otherwise specified)
10. Material will not be accepted, if the above conditions are not followed by suppliers.
11. For importers providing services, kindly submit the following statutory documents for the current year
a. Tax Residency certificate
b. Form 10F
c. No PE declaration and India PAN (if available) along with invoice
12. The due date will be calculated from invoice received date by Bosch for Services invoices and for
materials the date of Goods receipt at Bosch

Wearing of Safety shoes is mandatory for those Suppliers who enter BOSCH Premises. Drivers of the vehicles of
the Supplier entering BOSCH permises should have Identity Badges issued by their offices, Valid Driving License
along with valid vehicle documents, valid Emission certificate and Insurance and should not be in an inebriated
condition.
