Instructions for Candidates
• Candidates must check their timetables regularly at home, before leaving for the exam.
• Candidates will not be allowed to appear for exam on any other date except what is mentioned in
the time-table.
• Candidates who have availed the bus services will be picked in the morning at their usual
designated time but in the afternoon, they will be dropped only at 12:30 PM along with the
preschool children if they want to avail the bus service. If not, the parents can come and pick their
child from school.
• Bus students will be seated in Room no 501 after exams. They have to bring books for the next

exam, so they can use them while waiting for their buses.
• In case the candidate cannot appear for exam due to medical reasons, a medical certificate from a registered
medical practitioner has to be submitted to the coordinator within three days of the missed exam.

• Cafeteria service for breakfast will be available as usual to the cafeteria students.
• Dispersal will be done 5 minutes after the completion of last exam for the day.
• Candidates must be dressed neatly in their complete school uniform and wear their ID card.
• Only transparent water bottles, writing pads, pencil cases are allowed.
• Candidate must not be involved in any unfair or dishonest practice before, during, or after the
exam.
• Candidates are not supposed to carry mobile phones. In case mobile phones are brought with
prior permission, the candidates must submit them in switched off mode to the coordinator. The
school will not be held responsible in case of any loss or theft.
• No eraser/sharpener covers, geometry box cover, highlighters, money, mobile phones, smart
watches/any unauthorized digital equipment or unwanted material are allowed in the exam room.
• Candidates are allowed to carry only the geometry instruments in the exam room when required
and keep the boxes outside the examination room.
• Candidate must not talk to, attempt to communicate with, or disturb other candidates once
having entered the exam room.
• Any candidate found copying, indulging in conversation with other candidates, possessing
unauthorized document/written information would be liable for disciplinary measures.
• On completion of the examination (1st paper), students will return to their assigned classroom if
they have the next paper.
