Most Respectfully Sheweth:-

1. That the above-noted matter is pending disposal before the Hon’ble Court
and is fixed for today i.e. 09.09.2022
2. That wife of the accused is not well and her treatment is going in AIIMS
Hospital, Delhi. Today the accused person has to gone with his wife for
medical tests advised by the Doctors.
3. That the absence of the applicant is neither intentional nor willful but
due to the reason stated here in above.
4. It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the personal appearance of
the applicant may kindly be exempted for today only through his counsel,
in the interest of justice.
