INSPECTION: SGS Seller and Buyer mutually agree that SGS or equivalents inspectorate on
internationally recognized first-class, independent surveyor company shall be
appointed at loading port, the Buyer assess CIQ for the quality and quantity of the
cargo according to the provisions herein stated at the discharge ports, Buyer pays
CIQ inspection at discharge port.

EX- WORK WORKING PROCEDURES

EX-WORK ⼯作程序

1. The Buyer issue Complete ICPO to Seller

买⽅向卖⽅发出完整的 ICPO
2. The seller will arrange to give the buyer an approval letter and a timetable to go to
the trading port warehouse to arrange to view the spot goods.
卖家会安排给买家⼀份批准信和时间表去交易港⼝仓库安排看现货

3. The Seller issues Proforma Invoice (PI) to Buyer on site.

卖⽅现场发⾏形式发票（PI）给买⽅。

4. The Buyer reviews and returns signed Performa Invoice(PI) to Seller with Deposit TT 50% on site.
买⽅现场审核并交回已签署的绩效发票 (PI)，并缴纳 TT 50% 的押⾦。

5. The seller will give the buyer a POP document that matches the relevant documents,
and the buyer will pay the remaining 50% TT, and then the buyer will arrange for the
own transportation container to our warehouse to load the goods.
卖家给买家 POP ⽂件和相关的⽂件符合，买家就付款尾数 50% TT，然后买家安排⾃⼰已
经订好的⾃⼰交通运输货柜来到我们仓库上货.

6. According to the terms agreed in the sales agreement, the buyer/buyer's bank must
load all the goods into the container and leave within 1-3 working days. If it is delayed
for one day, the buyer will have to pay extra warehouse rent, one day's rent (USD 100),
if the buyer is irresponsible for any delay, the seller has the right to freeze 50% of the
buyer's deposit as full compensation.
买⽅／买⽅银⾏根据买卖協议约定的条款，在 1-3 天⼯作⽇内，要把所有货装进货柜⾥离开，如果
延迟⼀天，买⽅就要付格外仓库租⾦的费⽤，⼀天租费（USD 100），如果买家不负责任耽误任何
延迟，卖家有权利把买⽅的定⾦ 50% 冻结做为完全赔偿.

7. The seller does not include fowarding fees, logistics fees, and shipping fee. The seller
only bears customs clearance fees within China.
卖家不包含中转费、物流费、运费。卖家只承担中国境内的清关费⽤。

8. The transaction is only Transfer US DOLLOR ，RMB and RINGGIT or money changer
to money changer ，must meet the seller ‘s requirement bank account only
