We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead client
conversations to gather and document requirements, understand ServiceNow modules at a functional level, and capture
nonfunctional requirements. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to document acceptance criteria are essential. Training and
certification in ServiceNow modules will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
o Lead conversations with clients to gather and document requirements.
o Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate their needs.
2. ServiceNow Expertise:
o Understand ServiceNow modules at a functional level (training and certification provided).
3. Requirements Gathering:
o Capture and document nonfunctional requirements (training provided).
4. Documentation:
o Document acceptance criteria to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
5. Collaboration:
o Work with technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable specifications.
