Task 1

Her name is Lorena, she's my best friend, she's young and pretty. We have been friends

for about four years. We met when we bought the tickets to see Morat, she is someone who likes

to help people, she is kind. Lorena is a friend; I can turn to her when I need her most. She is an

easy-going person who always radiates positivity and warmth. She is also a woman who loves to

combine clothes and create different magnificent outfits, we love to go to thrift stores.

Talking about preferences, I prefer old money style, but she is more into urban clothing

and K-pop style. Even though we don't talk to each other every day, whenever we have the

opportunity to see each other, we always share the best moments.

Task 2

If you are visiting Bogota, here is some suggestions you should know. If you are out with

your family, please avoid using your cell phone on the streets or near the avenues. It's also

important to keep your belongings safe and secure. If you want to go to Monserrate is important

to bring some water bottles, also apply suncream protection since you will probably get sunburn.

I recommend you to go to Palacio de Nariño, it is located on the downtown of Bogota

there you can see some old houses and buildings, the downtown is also recognized for having a a

lot of different restaurants where you can find delicious Colombian gastronomy for instance

ajiaco, tamal, bandeja paisa, empanadas, etc.


Task 3

A scary experience

Last night, my friends and I went to see a horror movie. We watched a movie called

“Paranormal Activity”, which we had actually seen before, but it was when we were kids. My

mom made popcorn. We started watching it and knowing the story about this couple, when the

seventeenth night started, I had to go to the bathroom, so I turned on the living room light and as

I was walking down the hallway the light went out. I said, guys, this is kind of weird, but I didn't

pay much attention to it.

I came out of the bathroom, and we continued watching the movie, when the paranormal

activity started in the movie, we heard a noise coming from the kitchen, it sounded like someone

was moving the forks, so we decided to change the movie and we looked for another one.
Task 4

Recently, I bought an overcoat on Mercado Libre, but I got a smaller size than I expected,

I thought the merchant might have been confused, besides the garment was poorly made. I

needed it for the weekend and now I am frustrated. I have emailed the seller but have not

received a response. I think the customer service is terrible, besides the photos on the site are

quite different, people should not buy there, I left a review on the site so that people can notice

the bad service and quality of these items. I have asked for a refund, and I am waiting for a

response.
