DEDICATION
With deepest gratitude and appreciation, I humbly give thanks to the people who helped me in
making my On-the-Job Training a possible one.
To my parents, for providing all my needs financially and morally, for their patience and
understanding during my tiring days that I can’t help them in the chores, for their never fading
advices and for being there for me no matter what.
To my brother and sister who serve as an inspiration to me, who keep on encouraging me
to always make the best out of everything and for their being proud and ever supporting
siblings to me.
To all my professors who shared and continuously sharing their knowledge with students like
me and keep on molding me into a better person. With all that they can, share with me
everything that he knows and keep on inspiring me to pursue my goals in life, most of all, my
goal to be a successful person someday. I thank them for their patience during the times that I
commit failures and a big thanks for touching my life and motivating me to study harder for me
to have a better future. I am grateful to the Imus City Government Center for their cordial
welcome.
To my training manager, Ma’am Carol and Sir Jay, thank you for all of the things you've done
to help me g row as a per son and for the memories we've had together, including the joyful
and sad times, rush hours, brainstorming sessions, and nerve-wracking days. I am really
grateful to them.
To my friends and co-interns, for the happiness and for being there to support me and to
comfort me whenever I have difficulties during my training. I thank them for the friendship
and teamwork and for being my companions whom I can share my laughter and sorrows

INTRODUCTION
A public service that is people-centered. A government that listens and acts on the
needs of every Imuseño. Committing to sincerity and truthfulness while igniting the
spirit of community where no one gets left behind. Together, we can transform this
city, your home, toward real progress. The people of Imus ratified this later on
through a plebiscite on 30 June 2012. The city's rich history is evident in its
various heritage sites--the Imus Cathedral, Imus City Plaza, and Imus Heritage
Site. It was also the site of two momentous Katipunero victories during the
Philippine Revolution against Spain--The Battle of Imus and the Battle of Alapan,
where the first Philippine flag was unfurled and raised, making Imus the "Flag
Capital of the Philippines".
History
1896: Imus, formerly a "visita" of Cavite Viejo (now Kawit), is one of the oldest administrative
units of Cavite. Cavite Viejo was under the administration of the Jesuits.
1776: The ecclesiastical land that tied Imus to Cavite Viejo since the early part of the 17th
century. This Royal Decree was considered the first step in the creation of the Municipality of
Imus.
1795: The Recollects, not contented with the religious emancipation of Imus from Cavite
Viejo, sought its eventual political separation. Imus finally became an independent
municipality.
2009: Senators Panfilo Lacson, Richard Gordon, and Bong Revilla backed the legislation.
Under Republic Act 9727, the lone district of Imus, known as the "Third District of Cavite,"
was established.
2010: With House Bill No. 01989, Congressman Erineo Maliksi proposed the conversion
of Imus as a City on 03 August, which later became Republic Act (RA) No. 10161.
2012: With a plebiscite conducted on 30 June, RA 10161 was ratified by 22,742 registered
voters of Imus and turned the municipality into a component city, known as the city of Imus.
2022: The Imus City Government Center was completed and inaugurates

WEEK 3
It's my last week at work and I still had to complete the tasks
assigned to me. I was happy because I am finishing my OJT, but
somehow sad because I am leaving the office where I had many
memories and I will miss the people who became close to me for a
while. Despite the sadness of leaving them, I am still happy to
meet such people once in my life who taught me about the course
I chose and most importantly helped me to be the best I can be. to
be They are the ones who helped shape me into the person I am
today. They tested my skills, abilities, and knowledge and gave
me a chance to prove myself to them. It is very touching to know
that there are people who believe in me.
LEARNINGS
I received the training in the Imus city government center. learn many experiences
every day. I encountered a real job in a real estate company, got to know the data
analyst and the documents prepared there, and learned to use the equipment usually
used in the office. In addition to these things, I also learned to be more social and
adapt to the environment in which I work and with whom I work. During my stay there
more than a month; I learned many things, not only things related to my course but
also things that shaped me into the person I am today. When I worked as an intern at
the city government center, I learned how to be a hardworking person. The time it
takes me to complete the task assigned to me is important, but it is also important that I
do it correctly.
I learned to appreciate even the simplest lessons learned in school. I understood the
importance of the theories and logic covered in school. In addition, to understand that
everything taught at school can be a tool that I can use in my future career, because
during the internship I used the terms learned at school in the company where I did the
training. While there I also learned to follow instructions and accept or admit my failure
and learn from it as the teacher told me. After the training, I understood that an OJT is
not only a performance requirement, but it is an opportunity to show what skills,
knowledge and abilities I have, as well as an opportunity to experience the feeling that
I am already a professional. In addition to the experiences I gained in the course, I got
to know the officials of the town hall center with the help of this On-the-job training.
When I interned there, they encouraged and encouraged me to constantly learn and do
my best. I will not forget the people of the city administration who tested not only my
skills and abilities, but also my patience. They are friendly people who want to do
everything right away and right. They don't want to doubt. I was always nervous when
they called for my help. But with the experience I had with all the people in the city
government center, I am very grateful to them because they taught me to be more
patient and to trust what I know is right and not to doubt what I can do. to do Whenever
they ask me to do something, they always tell me to do things slowly but surely. They
never forced me to rush the tasks he gave me. All the people I worked with during my
internship are all very inspiring. They all left me with advice that I will definitely keep in
my mind and heart for the rest of my life.
C O N C LU S I O N
Nothing beats experience like the perfect learning experience. This professional
training was my step towards my dream one day. This education inspired me to be
more serious and focus on my studies. I was encouraged to study harder. Since I
got the ideas from working as a data analyst in the company
where I did the training, sometimes I am inspired to be like them.
This training made me realize that it is really good to know what you are
doing and love it. As a student now in school, I can learn all I can, get inspired,
love my path and give my best in everything I do with a positive outlook. I realized
that I should concentrate more in school and do everything with soul and strength.
It is also very touching to know that you have achieved something and
even more touching when there are people who are so proud of what you have
done and I experienced this feeling during my internship. It inspires me to be more
determined and competitive in everything I do today as a student and someday as
a professional.
