be. and hereby is. GRA TED as to Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District and Uvalde

County.

It is the Court·s understanding that the Plaintiffs and the ity of Uvnldc arc in the midst of

settlement discussions; so, at this time the Court re ervcs its ruling on Plaintiffs Motion for

Summary Judgment against the City of Uvalde.

IT IS. THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED A D DECREED that, Plaintiffs' Motion

for Summary Judgment is GRA TED in its entirety as to Defendants Uvalde Consolidated

Independent School District and Uvalde County.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the claims of so crcign immunity brought by Defendants

Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District and Uvalde County are denied.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants Uvalde Consolidated Independent School

District and Uvalde County must disclose all responsive documents in full , subject only to

mandatory statutory redactions within 20 days of this Order.
