Repeating Why

Times
When faced with a problem, have you ever
paused to inquire "why" repeatedly?

This method, though seemingly

straightforward, can be challenging to
execute effectively.

ASKING WHY 5 TIMES
Repetitively inquiring "why" five
times or more, as demonstrated,
serves to reveal the underlying
issue and facilitate its resolution
effectively.

Without this methodical approach,

one might opt to replace the fuse
or the pump shaft, only to
encounter a reoccurrence of the
issue shortly thereafter.

By iteratively posing and

addressing the question "why," we
can uncover the true root cause
of the problem, which frequently
remains obscured by more
apparent symptoms.
