东兴证券（香港）资产管理有限公司资管业务部下属投资部，计划招聘研究员岗位

（分析员/经理职级），负责投资研究工作（涉及债券、股票等投资标的），以及协助
团队优化和设计投资策略、发展资产管理业务。该岗位要求如下：
Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) Asset Management Company Limited is looking for
investment research candidates (analyst/associate grade) for the investment department of
asset management business line. The primary responsibility of this position is to carry out
general investment research on bonds, stocks and related securities. This role will work with
the team to optimize and develop investment strategies, and assist in business and product
development.

The job requirement is as follows:

岗位职责：
1、对宏观经济、资本市场及投资标的进行跟踪和深入分析，通过基本面分析及量化分
析挖掘潜在投资机会，出具投资研究报告。支持集团公司涉及投资和资产管理的各类
工作需求。
2、对投资标的进行深入的信用研究、维护内部评级模型，涉及房地产、城投等行业。
参加路演、反向路演，能够独立完成针对发行人的信用分析报告。完成标的池维护、
标的跟踪、定期各类投资报告。支持销售团队工作，准备投资建议书，以及为现有客
户提供投资产品和投资策略更新。
3、为投资管对提供投资思路和交易建议，在内部和外部合规和风控规则约束下执行和
完成交易。与团队主管紧密配合，对投资组合进行风险评估和维护、密切关注和提示
各类潜在风险。
4、全面遵守香港证监会和相关监管机构的各项规则和监管要求，从事香港证监会第 4
及 9 类受监管活动。

Job responsibilities：

1. Follow and perform in-depth analysis on macroeconomics, capital markets and


investment underlyings. Explore and evaluate potential investment opportunities through
fundamental and quantitative research, prepare and delivery valuation and analysis reports.
Support various requests related to investment analysis and asset management business
assigned by the group company.

2. Carry out in-depth credit analysis and maintain internal rating models for Chinese issuers
in real estate, LGFV and beyond. Attend roadshows/reverse roadshows, and independently
complete credit analysis report for individual issuers. Assist in developing and maintaining
the universe of investable securities. Update regular and ad-hoc investment reports. Assist
the sales team to prepare pitch books for potential clients and provide regular updates to
existing clients.
3. Generate trade ideas and complete trade execution in compliance with internal and
external control measures. Work closely with team head to perform risk assessment and
continuous management of assigned portfolios. Closely follow and stay alert of potential
risks for the team.

4. Follow applicable regulatory and compliance rules, participate in SFC type 4 and 9
regulated activities.

岗位要求：
（1）硕士及以上学历。（2）具有从事香港证监会第 4 及 9 类受监管活动的资格。
（3）投研和交易相关工作经验，在特定领域有实际工作经验。（4）认真、细致、严
谨、勤勉，能按时完成工作并保证质量。（5）具备较强的分析、判断、表达、人际沟
通能力。具备团队合作精神，有积极的性格和以结果为导向的行动力。（6）熟练使用
彭博、万得等数据分析和交易平台。（7）优先考虑具备 Python、VBA 或其他编程相关
的知识或经验的候选人。
Job requirements:

(1) Master’s degree or above. (2) Qualified for SFC Type 4 and 9 regulated activities. (3)
Adequate investment research and trading experience in given fields. (4) Serious,
meticulous, rigorous, diligent, able to complete the work on time and ensure the quality. (5)
Strong skills in analysis, judgment, expression, and interpersonal communication. Have a
team spirit, a positive personality and be result-oriented. (6) Strong proficiency in data
analytics and trading platforms such as Bloomberg and Wind. (7) Knowledge and experience
of Python, VBA or other programming knowledge is preferred.
