As part of our employment process, we normally and compulsorily require that a person seeking Car
on our Lease Plan in our establishment should produce a credible, responsible and acceptable person
as Guarantor. ````

If you are willing to stand as guarantor for the said applicant this form must be completed in the
guarantor’s own handwriting. Please note that it is dangerous to stand as guarantor for someone
whom you do not know.

NOTE: AS A GUARANTOR, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR VERIFICATION AS IT IS A REQUIREMENT

BEFORE OFFER LETTER IS GIVEN TO THE APPLICANT. KINDLY RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS

The person to fill this form must be between 30 - 70 years old and MUST be any of the following;

1. Senior Civil servant, Grade level12 and above

2. C.E.O's, registered businessmen/women(with an identified registered company with the
Corporate Affairs Commission)
3. Practicing professionals (E.g. Architect Accountants, Engineers, excluding Lawyers & Uniform
Personnel)
4. Traditional Rulers & reputable Clergymen.
5. Equivalent of senior banking Officer in Banks and Deputy Manager of a reputable company.
6. N.B any other level of guarantor in conflict with the above stated level is not acceptable

Guarantors are warned that any false declaration on this form will attract severe consequences,
which may include prosecution.

A copy of guarantors Drivers license or international passport and current place of

employment MUST BE submitted alongside the form.

loss or liability suffered or incurred as a result of the action, inaction, negligence or fraud by the
Employee should the need arise.

If I am unable to produce him/her for any loss or liability suffered or incurred as a result of his/her action,
inaction or fraud; and if he is unable to in his/her own capacity remedy or refund within an agreed time
loss or liability suffered or incurred; I as the Guarantor accepts to remedy or refund the loss or liability
suffered.

negligence committed by the Applicant in the course of his/her Car Rental Plan with the

3. In the event of any pecuniary loss committed by the Applicant in the course of the Car Rental
Plan, I voluntarily accept to take responsibility for all charges and expenses incurred in the
process of recovery of such loss and (or) litigation (if any).
