Job Title
Process
As a Process Engineer, you will:
• Develop FEED/Basic engineering package, feasibility study, conceptual
study reports
Engineer
• Lead medium to large size project
• Guide and manage team
• Coordinate with other disciplines within BMI and with US team
(Global Practice - OGC) • Prepare and review discipline deliverables: PFD, UFD, H&MB, P&ID,
DP/DT diagram, datasheets, Vendor drawing reviews, etc.
@Mumbai • Perform and review calculations and data sheet for tanks, spheres,
vessels/separators, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, etc.
• Generate calculations/data sheet for control valves, instruments, PSVs
• Prepare and review line list, equipment list, utility summary, hazardous
area classification schedule, tie-in list, effluent and emission summary,
relief summary, etc.
• Use Smart Plant P&ID (SP-PID) to perform engineering tasks
• Provide and maintain quality output for engineering deliverables
• Adhere quality requirements by following checklist and quality
processes/workflows
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the subordinates
• Support development and improvements of department standard work
procedures and work flows to support a successful work share approach
amongst the various offices for all projects.
• Actively contribute and participate in departmental initiatives like
knowledge sharing and innovation
• Travel to the United States as required and requested to support
assignments on projects and overall office needs
Skills Required
Our ideal Process Engineer will have:
• Expertise in green hydrogen carbon capture, refinery unit, cryogenic
storage is preferred.
• Expert in handling Aspen HYSYS, HTRI, Flare net software
• Liaise with BD manager to develop proposals
• Must have conducted or participated in Safety studies HAZOP/SIL
