A trainee is responsible to update this e-book by filling in the details needed in the spaces provided.
3. Merekod tugasan harian untuk diperiksa oleh Pegawai Latihan secara mingguan.
Prepare record of daily duties to be checked by the training officer on weekly basis.
4. Setelah tamat menjalani latihan, buku elektronik ini hendaklah diserahkan kepada
pensyarah penyelia untuk tujuan penilaian.
Upon completion of training, this e-book must be surrended to the lecturer supervisor for the
purpose of assessment.
