About the Department At the Good Brands Co. you will be working in the Marketplace Team.

Job Description / 1. Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new
Role & Responsibilities customers through various channels such as social media, search
engines, email marketing, and partnerships.

2. Customer Retention: Design and execute programs to retain existing


customers, including loyalty programs, personalized marketing, and
customer feedback loops.

3. Data Analysis: Use data analytics to understand customer behaviour,


track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities. This
includes A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other data-driven approaches.

4. Product Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to enhance the


customer experience and improve conversion rates. This could involve
website optimizations, improving the checkout process, and ensuring a
seamless user experience.

5. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and manage marketing campaigns that


drive brand awareness and sales. This includes content marketing,
influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.

6. Customer Segmentation: Segment the customer base to tailor


marketing efforts and improve targeting. Understanding different
customer personas and their needs is crucial for effective marketing.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments
