SCHEDULE OF APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY

PROJECT NAME: CONSTRUCTION OF NYANDENI WARD 1 VIP SANITATION
1. What is required in terms of the project stated above

 Construction of a VIP Sanitation.


 Correct machinery and tools of constructing a sanitation.
 Make sure the municipality get a required quality.
 Finishing of site to be on time.

2. Explain your understanding of the project

 Our understanding of the project is that you must work according to the given scope of works.
 Make sure that our work done is of high quality.
 Work to be done according to the proposed schedule of time.

3. Considering1 and 2 above, please provide a summary of your proposed approach, work plan and quality plan
(including legal compliance where applicable) for the completion of the project

 We will work on required period of time


 The turnaround time for us will be 30 days from the signing of contract with the municipality
 We have a reputable suppliers which we use to order needed material
 Our financial capability is in good standing
 Also we have a 30 days credit facility with the supplier
4. Briefly state if you have any innovate designs for this project, that you will be unique but also economically superior to the
normal workable designs as presently undertaken as the norm

 There is no innovation design at this moment that we are planning but when we are on the site we will come with the proposals
of alternative and cost effective methods of strensactions the pavement layers and maximizes on labour participation

5. Indicate how your company will communicate with the municipality from order date to delivery

 Communication changes will be established between the municipality and Gadalani to ensure and promote clear and effective
communication channels. Liaison will be with our director Mr J. Gadalane

6. Site Establishment

 Our plant machinery will be on site within 14 working days of after we've been handed over to the community.
 The site camp together with the site office will be identified before the commencement of any work with the help of PSC
members.
 Our establishment includes the hiring of the Project C.L.O
 Construction name board will be installed during the process of establishment.

7. LOCAL SMME PARTICIPATION

 Gadalani Trading JV Morrie Gee will give some of its work to the local SMME for the purpose of growing them up and increases
their company grades.

8. LOCAL LABOUR PARTICIPATION


 Gadalani Trading JV Morrie Gee will open 100% job opportunities just for the local people only, will also provide skills training to
the local people.
9. PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME OF WORKS
