ABSTRACT

I n t e g r a l s of f u n c t i o n s of t h e u n i v a r i a t e , b i v a r i a t e , t r i v a r i -
a t e and m u l t i v a r i a t e normal d e n s i t i e s a r e g i v e n . Both i n d e f i n i t e
and d e f i n i t e i n t e g r a l s a r e i n c l u d e d .

INTRODUCTION

A c o l l e c t i o n h a s been made of i n t e g r a l s r e l a t e d t o t h e normal


d e n s i t y , b o t h u n i v a r i a t e and m u l t i v a r i a t e . Most of them c a n b e
o b t a i n e d by i n t e g r a t i o n by p a r t s and o t h e r w e l l known i n t e g r a t i o n
techniques. However, when f a c e d w i t h a new i n t e g r a l t h e i n d i v i d -
u a l o f t e n h a s t o spend more t i m e t h a n h e would l i k e t o spend i n
d i s c o v e r i n g which t e c h n i q u e w i l l d e l i v e r t h e i n t e g r a t i o n h e n e e d s .
T h i s t a b l e h a s been used by s e v e r a l g r a d u a t e s t u d e n t s t o t h e i r
advantage. T h e r e i s a good d e a l of redundancy i n c l u d e d s i n c e i t
h a s been found e a s i e r f o r t h e u s e r i n t h i s form.
