Dear Subash,
With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with our client, we have
pleasure in offering you a job as “Sr. Software Developer” Your Date of Joining shall be on or
before 4th April 2024, and we shall be providing you with a detailed Employment Agreement
containing the terms of employment at the time of your joining.
You are required to report to work on the above-mentioned date on or before 4th April 2024 at 10:00
AM, failing which this offer will stand automatically withdrawn. You will be entitled for an Annual gross
Salary of 10,11,000/- (Ten Lac Eleven Thousand Rupees only). You will be governed by the
Company rules, as amended from time to time.
As informed, your place of posting shall be at TechBliss’ Client location. However, the organization
reserves the right to transfer you to and / or utilize your services in any of the company’s offices, work
sites or associated or affiliated companies located within the country or abroad. A detailed Appointment
Letter and Employment Service Agreement setting out terms and conditions of your appointment shall
be issued to you subsequent to your completing the joining formalities.
You shall be on probation for a period of six months. You shall be confirmed in the organization’s regular
grade on successful completion of your probation period. If any provision of this Agreement should be
held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then, in such event, the remainder of the Agreement shall still be
and continue to be in full force and effect as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had been
deleted from or never included in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted
in accordance with the laws of India & all the disputes, If Any, shall be referred to the competent court
in Noida (UP).
Your offer has been made based on the information furnished by you. However, if there is a discrepancy
in the copies of the documents/certificates given by you as a proof in support of the above, the company
reserves the right to revoke the offer & later your appointment thereafter at any time.
The Company reserves the right to conduct reference checks and background investigations on all
employees. Employee’s employment with the Company is contingent on the successful completion of
personal and professional references and background verifications. By signing this offer letter, the
Employee consents to all such background investigations and reference checks that would
be carried out in relation to the Employee by the Company. Further, Employee also understands
and agrees that in case of any false or inaccurate information provided by the Employee, non-
disclosure of relevant and material information, or unsatisfactory reference/Background Verification
report, Employee’s services will stand terminated forthwith.
