Assembly instructions
1. Lighting stands

2. Remove couplers from the stands

3. Put the stands in their vertical position. Unlock the bottom screwknob, extend the legs of the
stand as far as possible for optimal stability. Tighten the screwknob back again. Then unlock the
upper screw knob, extend the vertical tube until the third hole. Then attach the safety pin.
4. Position both stands in the right place. Apply a distance of about 3 meters. (This will be easier to
mount the truss which has a total width of 3 m.)

5. Take both T-bars. Untighten the allen bolts (if needed) and push them in the center of the T-bar.
Then tighten them back again.

NOTE: Pay attention to the position of the pre-drilled holes. These need to be positioned at the top and
bottom when tightening the allen bolts.
6. Take both truss sections and put them next to each other. Mount the couplers by following the
mounting instructions, illustrated below.
NOTE: These truss sections have one side with prepared drilled holes, which are used to mount
the couplers.
NOTE: Use the smaller allen bolts + wingnuts to mount the couplers.
Slide the center vertical tube to the center and tighten all bolts and wingnuts properly as shown
in the below examples.
7. Take the truss couplers and untighten all allen bolts. Two couplers are mounted on each side.
Mount the couplers as shown below.
8. Take the truss bridge and slide the plastic couplers over the vertical tube of the lightstands, until
you reach the safety pin. Let the truss section rest on the pins.

9. Place the T-bars on top of the vertical tube of the lighting stands and tighten the screwknobs.

10. Unlock the screwknob and safety pin of the upper vertical tube section of the lighting stand.
Push the tube upwards until you reach the 4th hole. Tighten the screw knobs, attach the safety
pin and let the truss section rest on the safety pins.
11. Tighten the allen bolts of the couplers.
NOTE: Innox recommends positioning the truss section this way, because it is impossible for the
couplers to lose grip and slide down along with your light effects. Mounting the bridge further
upward is possible when the load is minimal (for example, while using a backdrop curtain).

12. Untighten the middle screw knobs and safety pin. Push the bridge upwards, until you reach the
4th hole. Tighten the screwknob and apply the safety pin.

READY FOR USE!

Using the included mounting hardware for your light effects
The Innox IVA Bridge comes with a set of mounting hardware. This way, you can mount your light effects
directly because the truss sections and T-bars are equipped with pre-drilled holes. The use of specific
lighting clamps is also possible, every clamp built for use with 35mm tube will fit perfectly.

1. Place one of the large allen bolts in one of the pre-drilled holes of choice. Then, attach the
wingnut. Do not turn the wingnut around more than 5 times, as this will make it harder to untighten
when you want to mount your light effects.

2. Repeat step 1 for all 8 mounting bolts + wingnuts.

3. Attach your light effects... done!
