Feb2022 Studguidelines
Student Guidelines
1. The examinations will be conducted only for 2019, 2020 batch and Current arrear batch
students.
2. The Time Duration will be 180 mins (inclusive of upload time) Total -3 hours.
(Total 75 marks)
3. The proctored examination will be facilitated through an exclusive Google meet link.
4. The question papers can be viewed in CIS student link as per the allotted time slot –
two time slots : (the time slots will be strictly followed)
Slot 1: FN- 9.00am to 12.00noon: Slot 2: AN -1.30pm to 4.30pm
The following are the guidelines for students;
Should log in into the google meet link at least 10 mins ahead of examinations with audio and
video switched on mode till the completion of exam session.
Should simultaneously log in into exam link provided in student portal in College CIS to access
the MCQ (online) and download the QP for Descriptive section.
Should use only A4 size paper to answer the descriptive questions- the page limit- (U.G- 16
pages; PG 20 pages )& max 6MB upload size.
should write the examination in blue or black pen(typed answer papers and copy & pasting the
text book images in their answer scripts is not permitted)
Should write the date of exam, their register number, subject code, page number and signature
in the top RIGHT corner of each answer sheet.
The answer sheet image to be captured in Image pdf converter app/software. Image convert to
pdf should be clear and arranged page number wise in .pdf format with
rollnosubjectcode.pdf without special characters and uploaded in the link in CIS.
If unable to upload the answer sheets in time, she can inform the invigilator and send it as
email attachment to the session specific mail id provided (the information will be in student
login) and can use the student helpline numbers provided in website & student login.
5. If the student has no internet/device facility or other network issues, she should come to the
college and utilize the facility on campus on the day of the examination. Such students should
inform the respective head of the department before the 31/01/2022.
1. The students should login to the CIS - Student portal at the time of examination with their
login credentials (Roll No and Password).
2. The students to confirm whether their name is correctly displayed in the webpage.
3. After login, the students should click the Google meet link to attend the MCQ and then the
Descriptive section up to the stipulated time duration.

APPENDIX
The Steps to be followed for the End semester Examination by the student:
Click Submit
Check your login credentials (Name, Roll No, Photo).
Click Google meet link available to enter into the Google classroom.
Click Submit.
Check your details.
Click CLICK TO PROCEED.
Click MCQ online to attend MCQ questions.
Click Submit button after every 5 questions and at last the final submit.

Click VIEW MY UPLOADED ANSWER PDFto view your uploaded answer file.
1. Student Name, Exam Registerno., Subject code, Signature at the top right corner of the
answer script in each page.
2. Page Number in every page.
3. Image should be clear and properly arranged .pdf format only.
4. Image size should not exceed 6MB (UG) and 8MB (PG).

6. File name should be rollnosubjectcode.pdf without special characters.
7. In case of upload error, inform the staff invigilator and send the answer script
(rollnosubjectcode.pdf) along with error page screenshot to session specific emailed.
8. Maximum time limit for upload: session duration 150 + 30 = 180 min (inclusive of upload)
