Stator Cooling Water System
Stator Cooling Water System
The protection and starting conditions of the stator cooling water pump
Over current protection, tripping protection
Pump A is running, pump B is on standby; if pump A is tripped, pump B should started interlock.
The power supply is normal, the water level of the cooling water tank is above 350. Check the
opening status of the inlet valve on site, and allow to start.
Start of stator cooling water pump after C level outage:
1. Fill the stator cooling water tank to the normal water level
2. Check the valve position of the system to confirm the normal state. If in the backwash position,
switch to the forward flushing position.
3. Check the insulation is normal, and the power on. Make on-site inspection, open the inlet manual
valve, close the outlet manual valve, report to shift leader, start the stator cooling water pump on
DCS, and contact the local operator to slowly open the outlet manual valve.
4. Check and adjust the pressure of the 6-meter layer parent pipe to 0.2MPA.
5. Adjust the flow to about 45T\H.
6. For the standby stator cooling water pump, check that the inlet valve is fully open, the outlet valve
is fully open, and put it into standby.
7. Check the differential pressure of the filter screen of the running pump, check the bearing
temperature, vibration, and the oil level of the oil cup is normal. Check that the inlet and outlet
valves of the other stator cooling water pump are fully open, and switch to interlock for standby.
