SUBJECT: Office is closed next week for renovations
From Monday through Friday next week, our office will be closed due to
renovations taking place.

Due to your feedback, we have decided it is time to update our office space. We
will be updating our security system by adding CCTV and adding a secure door
with a passcode. Also, the ventilation system will be replaced to help with the
summer heat. Additionally, new, comfortable office chairs have been ordered
for all staff and are expected to arrive early next week.

Please clear your desks and other parts of the office if all personal belongings
by the end of this week to make the process easier for everyone.

Next week we are going full-remote, so plan accordingly. You’re expected to be


available from 9 to 5, but you can organize your time differently if you see fit.

currently completing my Grade 12-STEM at San Andres National High School, and I will be
graduating this May 31, 2024. I have always found the field of education is fascinating and
rewarding. Thus, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering has been my dream.

I feel that I have acquired a solid intellectual foundation to continue pursuing my


undergraduate study at Phinma Cagayan de Oro College as proved by the admission score
and my GPA. I have acquired skills such as the ability to identify and solve problems,
excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an appreciation for undergraduate
study and future academic and professional skills.

I am motivated and student with good academic, athletic and interpersonal skills. I
understand that qualities such as patience, diligence, sensitivity, enthusiasm, and commitment
are needed in order to work with people in my field and I believe I would prove a valuable
asset to the engineering field.
