Please accept my immediate resignation as of August 26, 2023 from my role as trainee of
Data Support due to my medical reasons. As you are aware, I have been receiving
medical treatment last week and have advised by my doctor to rest for 2 months.

I realize this resignation only provides short notice. However, my current circumstances
dictate that I must ask for immediate release from my employment contract. I understand
that I am putting you in difficult situation, so I am enclosing my email and personal number
