PM quota in student login, where he can lodge choices for quota admissions in the respective Jr College)
 Surrender of Management and In-house Quota seats to CAP, by Jr. College.

APPLY
 Further action can be taken by contacting the concerned junior college for management quota
admission.

 Vacancy under quota can be seen in student login.

 Students should keep a printout of the Part-1 and Part-2 (lock forms) filled by them.

2 18-07-2024 TO  Preparation for Quota Admissions.

19-07-2024,  Students- APPLY online for Quota admissions to continue.
 Preparation of quota wise merit list of students who have been given management quota preference
as per rules.
 (Management Quota, In House Quota and Minority Quota)

3 19-07-2024,  Jr Colleges will prepare & publish merit lists of Quota applied students, after due diligence process.
 Display of quota wise (Selected and Waitlisted) students’ lists for admission at Jr college level.
 Call the selected students to get their consent and for the admission. (a Jr. College activity)

4 22-07-2024, 10:00 AM  Quota Admissions (Management, Inhouse and Minority) will be done during this period.
To Confirmation of quota admission by the selected students in the respective Jr College.
24-07-2024, 06:00 PM  Students can contact the Jr. College through any communication media provided by the Jr College.

ADMIT
 Quota wise Lists of eligible, applied students will be displayed in college login. Jr. Colleges can admit
any of those students only, through respective quota by merit with the consent of that student.
 Minority quota tip- Admission within the same type (Linguistic - Linguistic or Religious - Religious)
will be allowed.
5 24-07-2024 TO 8 PM, Time for Jr. Colleges to upload status of admitted students on the portal. (Till 08:00 PM)

 If a student wants to take admission in the allotted Jr. College, and then click on ‘Proceed for Admission
‘in Student Login, upload required documents and then confirm admission in the allotted Jr. College. S
 If a student doesn’t want to take admission in the allotted Jr. College can wait for further round. BUT I
 Students who have been allotted to his first preference and failed to take admission or been rejected, will O
be blocked for a consequent Regular Round and can only be considered in the Next round. N
 Students who have cancelled their admissions will also be restricted for a consequent Regular Round and
can only be considered in the Next round.

7 25-07-2024 to 8:00 Time for Jr. Colleges to upload status of admitted students on the portal.
