Dear Atty. Kate,

We are writing to formally request a manpower to support engineering department to do the


increasing maintenance tasks at the port.

As you are aware, we have now a back logged to our maintenance scheduled activities. Moreover,
maintaining the port’s infrastructure is essential for ensuring smooth operations and minimizing
downtime. The increasing workload and complexity of tasks necessitate skilled personnel to maintain
our high standards of operational efficiency and safety.

Specifically required

1. Welder
2. Carpenter
3. Mason
4. Painter
5. Electrician
6. Helper
7. Team Leader/Supervisor (1) – Admin of HCPTSI
8. Helper/Utility (1) – Admin of HCPTSI
These additional resources will be crucial in addressing the following task:

 Routine preventive maintenance of port infrastructure.


 Emergency repair to minimize operational disruptions.
 Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This skilled manpower will enable us to maintain operational continuity and Philippines
enhance the efficiency of
our maintenance programs. We anticipate that this request will not only improve our response time in
maintenance issues but also extend the life span of our infrastructure, thereby providing long-term
cost saving.

We kindly request for your approval for this manpower allocation and look forward to discussing this
further to expedite the hiring process or outsource manpower from our third-party manpower agency.
