Most Common Asked Interview Questions

Q1 - Tell me about yourself. (Short Answer: Briefly tell them about your skills and
experience that relate to the job.)

Example -

"I'm a recent graduate passionate about building web applications. I'm a full-stack
developer with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. In my
projects, I focused on creating user-friendly interfaces (first project) and working with
databases (second project). I'm eager to learn from experienced developers and
contribute my skills to a collaborative team environment."

Q2 - Why are you interested in this position? (Short Answer: Explain why you like
the job duties and how it fits your career goals. Mention something specific about the
company too.)

Example -

I'm particularly interested in this position because it allows me to leverage my


full-stack skills on real-world projects. (Company name)'s focus on (mention
something specific about the company's work that interests you) aligns with my
passion for building (mention a type of web application you're interested in). Having
the opportunity to learn from experienced developers like your team would be
invaluable to my growth.

Q3 - What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses? (Short Answer: Pick
strengths relevant to the job. For weaknesses, choose something you're improving
on.)

Example -

"My greatest strengths include my strong foundation in full-stack development,


particularly in front-end frameworks like React and back-end languages like Python.
I'm also a quick learner and a team player, as demonstrated by my role in a recent
project where I collaborated effectively with designers to implement a user-friendly
interface that increased user engagement by 20%."
Q4 - (Question for Experienced) Why are you leaving your current job (or why are
you looking for a new opportunity)? (Short Answer: Focus on wanting new
challenges or a better fit, not negativity about your current job.)

Example -

Seeking New Challenges: "I'm looking for a new opportunity that offers more
challenges and allows me to expand my skillset in [mention specific area]. This role
at [company name] seems like a great fit as it involves [mention relevant aspect of
the job]."

Q5 - What do you know about our company? (Short Answer: Mention something you

Example:
