your eye area.

The eye area is important for intimacy, attraction and sexappeal. Luckily most men can
improve their eye area drastically. So lets get into it!

Introduction
We will be covering all definitions so you understand the terms we use

Height X Width

Refers to the vertical height and horizontal width of the eye. It provides a measurement
of the eye's overall size and proportion.

Eye height is slightly changeable nonsurgically, depending on your baseline eye

characteristics. Overall for most people surgery is the only option to change eye height
and width

A categorization of the visual form or outline of the eyes. Common shapes include
almond, round, upturned, downturned, hooded, and monolid. Strong upturned and
downturned are relatively rare. They also do not have much significance to the eyes, so
we didn't include them in this chart.
Most people fall into one of these four categories. Or somewhere in between

Eye shape is slightly changeable nonsurgically, depending on your baseline eye

characteristics. Overall for most people surgery is the only option to change eye height
and width

Refers to the distance between the two eyes. Eyes can be classified as close-set (less
space between them), normal set, or wide-set (more space between them).

Eye spacing is NOT changeable nonsurgically.

Brow Ridge

The bony prominence is located above the eye socket. It provides structure and
protection to the eyes and anchors the eyebrows.

Your brow ridge's appearance is slightly changeable. For extreme changes, surgery is
your only option.

Describes eyes that are set more deeply into the skull, creating a more pronounced
brow ridge and a shadowed appearance on the eyes.

Deep-set eyes are NOT attainable nonsurgically.

Canthal Tilt

The angle between the inner and outer corners (canthi) of the eye. A positive canthal tilt
means the outer corner is higher than the inner, while a negative tilt means the outer
corner is lower.
Changing canthal tilts is not attainable nonsurgically, but there are methods to make it
appear less negative

The inner corner of the eye where the upper and lower eyelids meet. This can point
downwards or be straight.

Changing the medial canthus is NOT attainable nonsurgically.

Upper Eyelid Exposure

Refers to the amount of upper eyelid that is visible when the eyes are open. People with
minimal upper eyelid exposure may appear to have "hooded" eyes.

Changing upper eyelid exposure IS attainable nonsurgically.

The white part of the eye. It's a protective outer layer that surrounds the colored part of
the eye (iris).
Changing sclera exposure and sclera color is attainable nonsurgically

Introduction
We will be covering all of the traits that you want to achieve. Not all of these traits are
attainable nonsurgically, but it's still good to know what to strive for

A 1:1 eye height X width would make a very round eye while having a 1:3 eye height X
width is considered ideal. This would typically give you that almond eye shape or a
hooded eye look.

Shape

For men almond eyes and hooded eyes are ideal. In this guide, we're going to teach
you how to get hooded eyes which can drastically change your eyes appeal.

Eye spacing should be 1:1:1, meaning your eyes should be one eye width apart.. Being
slightly off will not change your looks but being drastically off from this 1:1:1 ratio can
destroy your eye area.

Brow Ridge

Ideally your brow ridge should be prominent, but it's not a deal breaker. It's very rare to
find a super recessed brow ridge. Having a forwardly grown ridge is a very masculine
trait. If you are going for a pretty boy look having an average or even slightly below
average brow ridge is acceptable

Ideally your eyes should be very deep set but again it's not a deal breaker IF YOUR
AVERAGE. Having protruded eyes can give you a bunch of other problems like under
eye bags, upper eyelid exposure and other things that can destroy your eye area. Most
people are average when it comes to deep set eyes so it's not something most of you
should worry about.

Canthal Tilt

Canthal tilt should be positive or neutral, having a slightly negative tilt at low angles or
having a small negative tilt should not decrease your eye areas looks by too much.
Having a big negative tilt can really impact your eye area negatively but we explain
some tips that make this issue less noticeable.

The inner corner of the eye where the upper and lower eyelids meet. This points
downwards or is straight.

Upper Eyelid Exposure

Upper eyelid exposure can really change your face as shown in the chart above. In a
perfect world eyes would be hooded or at least have very low exposure. Not everyone
will look good with hooded eyes so it's not essential to have them. There's a
misconception that you can't change your upper eyelid exposure, but we have
developed secret methods to do so.

Sclera

Ideally, you should have zero sclera show, and your scleras should be very white.

Before we break down each aspect of the eyebrows, we want to address some
common problems almost all men have if they have never groomed their
eyebrows.

Shape
Most men do not have an ideal eyebrow shape. This can be fixed through methods we
explain in the shaping section.
The main issue men have is that their eyebrows droop towards the end and make their
entire eye area look negatively tilted

Density
Almost all men could get more dense eyebrows, making their appearance much more
unique and striking, asian men and occasionally black men have this problem more
often than other races due to their phenotype; no need to worry, this can be fixed. Some
men lack in overall density, while others have sparse areas.

Unevenness
Having a symmetrical face is attractive, but more often than not, men's eyebrows are
very uneven. This can be changed with targeted growth areas as well as normal
eyebrow shaping

Natural
Most people's natural eyebrows are not good enough to be very attractive.

Arched
This is a style for men to have naturally. It can look masculine and attractive if shaped
properly. If your eyebrows are two arched or even round that is a very unattractive
eyebrow style

Double Slit
A spinoff of the single eyebrow slit. This is not suggested because the single is already
unqiue

Unibrow
Avoid this style at all costs!

Category breakdown
There are five main categories you may fit into when it comes to eyebrow shapes, it is
possible to change every single one of these shapes with the proper reshaping. We're
going to explain how to change each one.

Straight
This is the best style for men in our opinion. There are a couple of things that make this
style rare.

First, most people have a bad eyebrow towards the end. More often than not guys have
a droopy eyebrow at the end which makes their eyebrows look negatively tilted.
You have to shave the arch and the droopy part to make your eyebrows straight

First you need to grow your natural eyebrows preferably below where they naturally sit.
For this you need to use a Blood Flow / New Hair Follicle Growth method covered in our
growth section as well as use a serum to grow the hair follicle. We suggest minoxidil if
you plan on doing this daily, hair oils like peppermint and rosemary if you are not fully
committed long term.

Next after you achieve growth reshape your eyebrows again. (Results on the next page)

We never suggest rounded eyebrows for men, so we will not go over shaping tips.
Just take a look at these two shapes.

This is the second best option when it comes to eyebrow shapes in our opinion.

Having hard-angled eyebrows is an expectable eyebrow style as well, often times they
get very bushy and overgrown so maintenance is key for rocking this look. Shaping up
your eyebrows to their natural hard-angled shape is key to having the desired
appearance.

Our Suggestion
Shape your eyebrows to be either straight or soft angled. It is by far the most attractive
two styles and eyebrow shape is extremely important. It can drastically change your eye
area.

Positive
A slight positive tilt is ideal for mens eyebrows, luckily, most people can shape them to
get a steeper appearance. If you dont have enough eyebrows left, you need to grow
them and then shape them.

Negative
First, most people have a bad eyebrow towards the end. More often than not guys have
a droopy eyebrow at the end which makes their eyebrows look negatively tilted.
You have to shave the arch and the droopy part to make your eyebrows straight.

This is by far the worst kind of eyebrow tilt you can have, and surprisingly MANY guys
have negative tilt because the end of their eyebrow droops downwards towards the end.
Just to show how important eyebrow tilt is, here is a side-by-side comparison.

Eyebrow steepness has minor importance and should not be an issue unless your
eyebrows are excessively steep. Again to correct this use our grow and reshape
method to reduce your eyebrow steepness if you run into this problem.

Affects
Increasing eyebrow thickness is a common area most men can improve in. A
substantial number of men do not have optimal density.. While a few men naturally
possess decent eyebrow density, there is room for improvement for almost everyone.

Denser eyebrows are almost ALWAYS more attractive and striking.

Alternatives
Things like dyes, eyebrow pencils, and hair fibers all work for temporary eyebrow
density. We go over all your options in the growth section

Affects
Eyebrow set refers to the height at which your eyebrows are naturally placed.

This can drastically change your eye area, most people have average set eyebrows (the
middle photo shows average set eyebrows. Ideally you should get your eyebrows as
close to your eyes as possible. Eyebrow set often times also correlates to upper eyelid
exposure, meaning if you have a lot of upper eyelid exposure, chances are you will also
have high-set eyebrows.

Changing Your Eyebrow Set

There are very few surgical procedures you can do to decrease your eyebrow's height.
Luckly we have developed two methods to reduce your eyebrows set.

Step #1, look straight

Once you look down, or blink the effect gets removed, so how do we keep this look
year-round?

Consistency, and Exposure.

You need to do this constantly for years to get long term changes, you should also get
something like an 'ice mask”.

This is not for the cold effect, this is to keep your eyes pressed downwards throughout
the day while you can see. Bonus tips if you do this before sleep and wear the icemask
to keep it in place. That's an extra 6-9 hours a day where your eyes will stay in this
hooded position, making it natural over time.

Method #2: Below Growth

For a more in-depth growth routine, follow our growth section.

Method #3: Squinting

Squinting is the least effective option out of these three, but it does work for taking
photos and should be considered if you have a very high eyebrow set.

Effects
Eyebrow color is very important yet most people do not understand the effects of their
eyebrow color. Darker is almost always better because it makes them look more
striking, thicker, and more dense.

People with light-colored or sparse eyebrows should consider dyeing their eyebrows a
darker color.

Minoxidil: The treatment involves a liquid that

Routine For Eyebrow Growth

Products for hair regrowth can be used on your eyebrows. Before going forward, we
want to stress, it is ESSENTIAL that you do not get any products in your eyes. If you do
happen to get some in your eyes, wash your eyes out immediately thoroughly with cool
water.
Here is a routine:

Routine 1: Basic Growth

Castor Oil: Apply a small amount of castor oil to your eyebrows using a clean spoolie
brush. Massage gently for a few minutes before bed, 2-3 times a week.

Routine 2: Mild Growth

We suggest that you use a combination of the two for optimal results.
Use an eyebrow razor to trim and manage the bulk of your eyebrows, especially the
outer edges. This can quickly create a neat, tidy appearance. Then use plucking for
detailing.. Use tweezers on your unibrow or any stray hairs, plucking provides more
precision. It's particularly effective for maintaining a clean look between the brows and
for any fine-tuning required after using the razor.

If you prioritize speed (as most seek the easiest and fastest solution), become proficient
with an eyebrow razor and use it for your entire eyebrow area.

Eyebrow width is important for the eye area, more often than not wider eyebrows are
more attractive than narrow brows .If you have narrow brows, as shown in the last face
morph, we suggest growing them out with minoxidil and dermastamping.

If you have an over grown width (which is extremely rare) trimming it down with an
eyebrow razor is worth a try. Despite common beliefs, there is no magical ratio dictating
where you should trim your outer eyebrows. You need to try things out and see how
they look for your personal face.

Again, we believe wider eyebrows are more attractive than narrow eyebrows, so keep
that in mind.

Unibrow
We suggest shaving just above where the nose bridge ends as the most effective and
simple method for managing a unibrow.

Specific eyelash looks are very hard to pull off, so we won't overwhelm you

Cat Eye
The cat eye look is the most optimal eyelash style for men because it makes your
canthal tilt appear much more positive. We also think it is the only eyelash trick that is
worth while. TThe way you achieve this look is by growing your eyelashes extremely
long towards the end and then using an eyelash curler to curl them upwards.

Maintaining this appearance long-term will be challenging, so if you're very serious

you can have.

How Eyelid Skin Affects Upper Eyelid Exposure

Upper eyelid exposure can make you look more feminine and more tired.
Luckily we have some special methods to reduce or and get your eyes hooded
completely

Eyebrow lowering refers to the two methods we use to reduce upper eyelid exposure.
Like we said before, often times if you have high upper eyelid exposure, you will also
have high-set eyebrows.

Step #1, look straight

Once you look down, or blink, the effect is removed, so how do we keep this look
year-round?
Consistency, and Exposure.
You need to do this constantly for years to get long term changes, you should also get
something like an “ice mask”

This is not for the cold effect, this is to keep your eyes pressed downwards throughout
the day while you can see. Bonus tips if you do this before sleep and wear the icemask
to keep it in place. That's an extra 6-9 hours a day where your eyes will stay in this
hooded position, making it natural over time.

Theres another way to do this, we call is the squint press. It only works with those with a
specific bone structure.
Step 1 : Start squinting
Step 2 : Close your eyes as hard as possible for 3 seconds
That's it; if you have the proper bone structure for eyelid hooding, the method will work.
Now this will not completely get rid of upper eyelid exposure if you have alot of it. This
will NOT work if you have a very protuded brow ridge or a monolid.

Squinting
Squinting is an easy way to slightly reduce upper eyelid exposure in photos. While other
methods that we listed above are recommended, sometimes when you're in a group
setting, you cannot perform these methods discreetly. In cases like that a slight squint
can be useful.

Long Term Reducing
We're going to reveal a long-term solution for upper eyelid exposure. Exclusively
developed by us. We call this eyelid taping, but glueing will work for a longer term
solution. There are too many risks to gluing so we are working a SAFE formula for your
skin around your eyes. Do NOT try gluing your upper eyelid exposure down. We will
update this guide with a safe solution
This works by putting a thin layer of invisible double sided tape on your eyelid, then
using the eyelid pulling method to pull the upper skin over the tape. Giving a long term
hooding effect.
This can also train your eyes to stay in this hooded position for much longer.
Eyelid taping is a non-surgical method we have developed to give you hooded eyelids.
It works best with individuals with low upper eyelid exposure for those with extreme
upper eyelid exposure this method may just reduce it.

First What You Need:

- Double-sided eyelid tape (some ingredients can be bad for your skin, so we
cannot recommend any brands nor are we suggesting you try this method)
- Clean and dry hands
- Mirror

First prepare your eyelids start with a clean face. Ensure your eyelids are free of oil dust
or debris
Next cut the tape the length should be slightly less than the full width to remain invisible
when applied.
Peel off one side of the backing and, looking straight into the mirror, apply the tape to
the bottom of your eyelid. The lower the better the effect will be.
Next do the eyelid pulling method to pull the skin over the tape.
Gently press down on the tape to secure it.
Repeat on the other eye. Some eyelids are uneven so feel free to place the taper lower
or higher than the first one. Some people also have hooded eyes on one eye and
non-hooded eyes on another. For this you only need to use this method for the non
hooded eye.
Over time, this method can train your eyelids to maintain this position, potentially
lengthening the time between applications.
Safety is the biggest issue, its critical to avoid using any kind of regular glue on your
skin, especially near your eyes, as it can be dangerous and cause severe irritation.
To remove the tape at the end of the day, gently peel it off and cleanse the area to
remove any adhesive residue. We do not recommend sleeping with this on because it
will slighly pull your eye upwards, and it could fall into your eye. This is very unlikely but
its not worth the risk.

Effects

As you can see negative canthal tilt make your eye area look bad but if you have good
eyebrows its not nearly as noticeable.

Eyelashes
Giving yourself a cat Eye eyelash can make your tilt look more positive. This style is
recommended as the most optimal eyelash look for men, particularly for enhancing the
canthal tilt, making it appear more positive. The cat eye look is achieved by growing the
eyelashes longer towards the end and using an eyelash curler to curl them upwards.

Why Do They Occur

Under eyebags can occur due to many different CAUSES but the problem is almost
always the SAME.

Under eyebags are caused by undereye fat protruding or under eye fluid retention

- High salt diet, this can bloat you, this is also why after crying you may have puffy
under eyebags,it's because the salt from your tears is pulling water to that area.
- Fix allergies, this can cause eye puffiness for long periods of time.
- Last get 7-9 hours of sleep each night, this helps with fluid retention
Luckily water retention under the eyes is easily fixable. If you have the second issue,
under eye fat protruding, there are very limited nonsurgical options.
If you have very bad under eyebags constantly. This is probably due to the under eyefat
in that area.
Here's how it works: Orbital Fat: The area around our eyes contains pockets of fat. In
youth, this fat is held in place by a firm membrane called the orbital septum.

As we age, the orbital septum weakens and becomes less elastic. This weakening
allows the fat to push forward and protrude, contributing to the appearance of under-eye
bags.
The aging process also involves the gradual loss of collagen and elastin in the skin.
This loss contributes to a decrease in skin firmness and elasticity, exacerbating the
appearance of puffiness as the skin is less able to contain the protruding fat.
Also, some people may be predisposed to this condition due to genetic factors. In such
cases, under-eye bags can appear even at a younger age.

When the under eye fat protrudes it is very hard to solve this problem nonsurgically.

Applying a cold compress to the under-eye area can help reduce swelling and push
back the protruding fat temporarily.
Apply the cold compress for about 10-15 minutes while lying down. This can be
repeated several times a day, especially in the morning, to reduce puffiness.
Many people say this works, but it's only short-term and, in our opinion, is not worth
doing throughout the day

Cold spoon or pure cold will work. Whatever you apply just needs to be cold

Over-touching or rubbing the eyes, especially due to allergies, can worsen under-eye
bags. This habit can cause inflammation and swelling, exacerbating the problem. To
avoid this, avoid rubbing your eyes. If you feel an itch or irritation, try gently tapping the
area instead of rubbing.

Makeup can work as well. We cover under-eye bag hiding techniques in the makeup
section.

If allergies are a contributing factor to your under-eye bags, it's important to manage
them effectively. Allergy medications, whether over-the-counter or prescribed, can help
in reducing the allergic reactions that lead to eye puffiness and inflammation.
Regular use of allergy medication, especially during peak allergy seasons, can prevent
the occurrence of under-eye bags associated with allergic reactions. You NEED to get
diagnosed by a doctor to treat this long-term

Next, longevity, one of the most effective ways to prevent under-eye bags from
worsening over time is to use sunscreen daily. Sun exposure can accelerate skin aging,
leading to thinning skin and more pronounced under-eye bags.
Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Apply it not only to the
face but specifically around the eye area, being careful not to get it in your eyes.

Squinching Routines

There are four main ways of squinching.

Hard Squinching (Squinching as hard as possible)
Weighted Squinching (A 'Weighted,' hypertrophy-centered approach to squinching)

For optimal muscle growth we believe hard squinching and weighted squching will give
the best and fastest results but it does have some draw backs.

Most eyes call into one of these categories.

Avoid iris whitening supplements, drops, and similar products. They can permanently
damage your eyes and are generally ineffective. You can whiten your sclera but the iris
will not change drastically.

Colored contacts are another alternative, but we don't necessarily recommend them.
Faking your eye color might have negative impacts when meeting people, but if you're
going out and want to feel more confident, it might be worth considering, especially if
you're really unhappy with your eye color.

There are two main kinds of colored contacts, the kind that leaves a ring around your
eye (Which are very noticeable)

Or those that cover parts of your eye but do not have clear-cut edges. This is what you
should look for when buying contacts

if you want ultra real colored contacts they will be very expensive.

Lighting plays a crucial role in the appearance of eye color and is often overlooked. This
occurs mainly due to two reasons:

- Vibrancy in Light: Eyes often appear more vibrant and colorful in well-lit
environments.

- Pupil Dilation: In darker areas, pupils expand to let more light in, which can make
the entire eye area appear darker. Conversely, in bright light, pupils contract,
exposing more of the iris and its true color.

There are two big tips you can use to make your eyes look lighter in photos

Despite appearances, outdoor light is significantly brighter than indoor light. This means
your pupils will be smaller when looking at outside light and you should take photos
outside when possible.

If you can't go outside, consider using the flash on your phone. Often times using the
flash or using a lamp will make your eyes much brighter, this can even be used in the
dark to make the rest of your face contrast with the shadows behind you.

Importance
The sclera, commonly known as the white part of the eye, plays a role in overall eye
health and appearance. We do not personally believe this part of the eye is very
important, but if you are interested in maximizing your entire eye area, making your
sclera as white as possible should be considered.
As you can see the medium redness doesnt look that bad

First, if your redness is due to lack of sleep. Of course adequate sleep and good health
practices contribute to reducing redness. The same goes for drug use and smoking

Eye drops like Lumify can be used for reducing redness, but should not be overused.
This is because overusing eye drops can replace your eye's natural lubrication, causing
chronic eye dryness

If you dont want to use eyedrops

A combination of Glutathione and Vitamin C can help in lightening the sclera yet we do
not thing they are very effective so we will not recommend any doses or give any
tutorials.
And an alternative brand or specialized eye drops can be used. Original Laiter Collyre
Bleu Eye Drops can brighten the sclera, though they are not a permanent solution.

Alternative colors
If you have alternative eye colors like yellow, this could be due to a liver condition.
Make sure you get medical care asap if you are getting weird scerla colors.
Melanin deposits are also more common in darker skin tones, excessive melanin can
cause brown spots on the sclera. To fix this you will need to consult with an eye doctor.

Should I Wear Them?

Short answer, No. Glasses more often than not make you look unattractive. There are
specific types of glasses that can boost your sex appeal or hide your eye area, but
traditional glasses should generally be replaced with contacts.
If you have a bad eye area, we suggest wearing Average Glasses or Sexy Glasses,
which we categorize in the upcoming section.
Even in this example, the glasses suit this man very well but he STILL
looks better without them.

Lets take a look at some examples of average men with and without glasses.

What Works What Doesnt

Most glasses can be classified into one of these four categories: Nerd, Average, Sexy,
and Too Extravagant. Glasses for everyday use are often unnecessary and can make

Nerd - Average- Sexy- Too Extravagant

Average glasses are ideal for those seeking a more low-key option, while sexy glasses
are recommended for those willing to step out of their comfort zone. Glasses can be a
focal center of your outfit hiding your bad eye area or enhancing your face overall.

There are also many types of sunglasses. Here's a chart indicating the types we
recommend (green) and those we do not recommend (red)

Before discussing specific glasses, we need to introduce some essential glasses terms.

What does this mean? All the glasses categorized as 'Nerd' in our examples, which we
find less appealing, have thick frame rims.

Rule #2: We detail how to properly fit your glasses in the 'How to Buy Them' section.

Rule #3 : Avoid wearing sunglasses indoors or for extended periods in the winter. This
is more about societal norms; wearing extravagant sunglasses indoors can make you
look like you're trying too hard. While you may even look better with them on, people will
ask you why your wearing sunglasses inside. If you can handle the pressure, questions,
and social pushback, go ahead and wear your glasses. However, if you're wearing
glasses purely to enhance attractiveness, it's better to take them off.
That sparks the question
“Where do I put my sunglasses when im not using them”
And we have three simple solutions.

#1: In your pocket

Simple, easy but higher risk of breaking them

#2: In your shirt collar. We suggest this because it looks classy and stylish, and they are
less likely to get lost.

Rule #5 Ensure that your glasses are not excessively long. This is not a deal breaker by
any means but does hurt the practicality of your glasses. We go over doing so in detail
in the How to buy them section..

Bonus Rule : Match your metal color to your outfit or jewelry. This will always look the
best, it's a small touch and doesn't ultimately matter, especially if you don't have multiple
pairs of glasses. However, it's something to consider if you want to maximize your
outfit's appeal.

Common Misconception: When looking for glasses, often times you will hear people
talk about matching glasses with your “face shape” or “head shape” we do NOT
subscribe this idea.

We believe in general glasses should fit your personal style, how comfortable you are
wearing them and how good the GLASSES look.. Much like attractiveness, glasses are
a personal preference, but overall some glasses will look better than others.

Do Wear Them :
On Sunny Days: Protect your eyes and complement your outfit.
At the Beach or Pool: They're practical and add to your beachwear.
While Driving: Reduce glare and increase safety.
When Your Outfit Calls for It: A pair of sunglasses can complete a stylish look. For
Special Outdoor Events: Weddings, garden parties, or festivals where they add to your
style.
During Outdoor Photoshoots: They can add a cool vibe to your look.

Don't Wear Sunglasses:

If You're Attractive: If you have an average or above-average eye area, wear
sunglasses on rare occasions.
Indoors: It can be seen as impolite and may make it hard for others to connect with you.
At Night: It's impractical and can come off as trying too hard to look cool.
In the Winter: Unless it's sunny or you're in the snow, it may seem out of place. When
Going To A Social Gathering: Parties, dates, social gatherings, and more all require
some kind of eye contact. You can show up to the place with your glasses on, but make
sure you put them away when you're talking to people for extended periods.
In Formal Settings: Unless the event is outdoors and sunny, it's best to avoid them.
Make sure they are classy if you decide to take a pair with you.

How to Buy Them

Glasses can be hard to size, hard to source, and expensive. Lets fix those problems.

Most online glasses stores provide a sizing chart that details the lens width, bridge
width, and temple width. Focus on the lens and bridge width for now. To determine the
overall width of the glasses, double the lens width and add the bridge width. This sum is
the total width of the glasses.
To see if glasses will fit you, use a simple method involving a window, mirror, or wall,
along with a pencil or erasable marker. Stand close to the surface and place a mark
next to each temple, then measure the distance between these two marks.

Alternatively, although less precise, you can stretch a tape measure across the width of
your eye area to gauge the size.
The most accurate way to know your ideal frame size is by measuring the
hinge-to-hinge distance on a pair of your well-fitting glasses. Use a ruler for this
measurement and keep in mind a tolerance range of +/- 4mm is acceptable. This
approach helps ensure you select glasses that not only look great but also fit
comfortably and suit your facial structure.

Next the temple length. A Simplified Method Measuring the temple length is a bit more
challenging and we recommend trying glasses on in person for the best fit. However, if

Identify the end point the temple length is the measurement from the edge of the frame
to the end of the temple that rests behind your ear. To estimate this, you need to find
where the temple should ideally rest behind your ear.
If you have a flexible measuring tape, use it to measure from the top of your ear (where
the glasses would normally sit) to the point just behind your ear where the temple would
end.
If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a string or a piece of yarn. Place one
end at the top of your ear and run it to the point behind your ear. Mark this point on the
string, then measure the length of the string up to the mark using a ruler.
The key is to ensure your glasses fit comfortably without slipping forward or falling off.
Remember, the temples can often be slightly adjusted or bent for a better fit around your
ears. This method provides a general guideline, but for the best accuracy and comfort,
visiting a store in person is advisable.

Black Rounds - Perfect for a starter pair of glasses for those who are uncomfortable
with extravagant styles

Green Tradiontal Aviators - Perfect for those starting out who want something normal
with a slight uncommon twist

Green Rounds - Perfect for a starter pair wanting to get something more towards the
sexy side

Blue Vintage Recktanges - Great outside color, the other variants can be used as
sexy glasses, the brown and green and pink ones are all stand out

Black Circles - A clean basic look if you like the circle look on your glasses. There are

If you really want to spend money on sunglasses raybans is by far the most popular
choice, they have a huge variety of glasses. The main problem is the branding takes the
glasses from $20 - $100. The quality isnt significantly better the glasses are just more
expensive.

Eyebrows
Most men have uneven eyebrows, and luckily it's a super simple fix. Eyebrow
asymmetry can contribute heavily to an asymmetrical looking eye area.

If your eyes have uneven growing areas, use one of our growth method and then shape
them up

The best way to address this is by using our method for taping the upper eyelid.. While
using a long time method of our other upper eyelid exposure also works

Unfortunately, this isn't possible to fix nonsurgically. However, if you have issues with
your eyelid or eyebrows, addressing those can help make your eye area as symmetrical
as possible.

Disclosure: Yes, this section is about makeup. Yes, men can wear it, and no, it
doesn't necessarily make you look feminine. The best approach is to wear it
subtly so that it's not immediately noticeable

Cat Eye
We do not generally recommend the cat eye look for men, as it can appear very
feminine

But it will make your eyes look more positively tilted. You do this by using an eyelash
pencil.

Creating a more hooded eye look is straightforward, though it may not work perfectly, it
can still help to some extent. Keep in mind you will probably look like your wearing
makeup, but if your okay with that look go right ahead.

The hooded eye look is created by applying a dark fade to your upper eyelid
Choose a darker eyeshadow color that complements your skin tone. Apply this in the
crease of your eyelid and slightly above it. This creates depth and gives the illusion of a
hooded eye. Then blend the edges with a blending brush to avoid harsh lines.

Under Eyes
This is by far the most realistic use for eye area makeup. If you have dark under-eye
circles, we highly recommend at least trying under-eye concealer.

Some tutorials show layers of concealer and blending techniques but we know when it
comes to men using makeup, we all just want a simple easy fix that we can do before
going out. Simply find a concealer that matches your skin tone (this can be the most
challenging part) and then dab it under your eyes. You can blend it in with your fingers
or a brush

Eyelashes
Mascara enhances the lashes you already have, and an eyelash pencil can create the
illusion of additional eyelashes.

There are two main methods used when it comes to eyelash pencil.
A straight line at the bottom of your eye (much more noticeable)
A dashed / dotted line at the bottom of your eye (almost impossible to notice if you have
eyelashes)

Heres a tutorial for the straight line method. All you need to do is dot instead of drawing

When taking pictures, two main factors come into play: angles and where you're looking
Angles and Where Your Looking.

Lower Vs Upper Angles

Lower Angle: A picture taken from a lower angle (with the camera positioned below eye
level) can make the eyes appear larger and more prominent. However, this angle can
also increase the visibility of the upper eyelids, which may not be desirable if you're
trying to minimize their appearance.

Upper Angle: Shooting from an upper angle (camera positioned above eye level) can
reduce the visibility of the upper eyelids, providing a different perspective. This angle
often makes the eyes appear smaller and can give a more flattering view of the face,
especially for portraits.

What does this mean? When you're using your phone's camera in the photos app, most
people tend to look at the middle of the screen. However, if you look up and stare
directly into the camera lens, it will reduce your upper eyelid exposure, making your
eyes look less droopy.

Prevention
Individuals with hooded eyes often develop what are known as crow's feet, which are
essentially wrinkles around the eyes. We don't consider it a major issue, but if you do,
here are the best ways to prevent them

The two most important things are going to be

#1: sun protection, choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.
Apply it not only to the face but specifically around the eye area, being careful not to get
it in your eyes.

Consistent use of sunscreen around the eye area is crucial.
#2: Wear sunglasses with UV protection on very sunny days.

Consider professional treatments, such as chemical peels or laser treatments. When

done professionally, these can help reduce wrinkles. Always consult with a
dermatologist or skincare professional.

Stick to your skincare routine for long-term benefits.

Don't:
Avoid using Botox around the eye area. While Botox can reduce wrinkles, improper use,
especially around the eyes, can lead to a droopy appearance. We cover this in the
sclera vs support section. Always consult with a qualified professional for such
treatments.

Don't overlook the importance of a dedicated eye cream / sunscreen in your daily
skincare regimen.

Never skip on sunglasses on very sunny days. Even on cloudy days, UV rays can
penetrate clouds and cause skin damage so if your not using them on sunny days you
are putting your eye area at risk of aging faster.

You Cant Change Your Eye Area

You can change your upper eyelid exposure, brow ridge appearance, eyebrow tilt,
canthal tilt perspective, eye height, undereyes and more. While you cannot change
aspects like eye spacing, often the unchangeable features of the eyes are not what's
holding people back.

Eye Exercises
Apart from squinching and our press method, other eye exercises do not work. There
are other eye exercises ment for canthal tilt, but there is limited data. Even if they did
work most of them are not worth the time it takes to see results.

Eye Massages
Eye massages definitely do not work. Often times we see channels masasing the eye
area, using a gua sha or jade roller around it or do other shenanigans.
This is purely for views and content purposes.. These do NOT, work.

Change Eye Color With Eyedrops

The allure of changing one's eye color through the use of eye drops has gained
attention. However, it's crucial to approach such products with a high degree of
skepticism and caution.
Many eye color changing drops on the market promise results that are not scientifically
supported. Most of these products do not work as advertised and can lead to
disappointment. Claims of eye drops that can remove melanin from the iris should be a
major red flag. Melanin, the pigment that determines the color of your eyes, plays a vital
role in protecting them from UV radiation and is crucial for proper vision.
Interfering with the natural melanin in your eyes can lead to increased risk of UV
damage, which can result in conditions like cataracts or macular degeneration.
On top of that, we have provided a safe, reversible alternative to these eye drops

Firstly, there is a lack of data. There is a lack of comprehensive research data to support
the claim that cold exposure can permanently alter eyelid appearance.
Although some proponents argue that evolutionary biology suggests humans can adapt
to cold exposure, such adaptations typically occur over many generations, not within a
short span of years

It's true that cold exposure can have effects on fat cells. Techniques like cryolipolysis (or
"fat freezing") are used in cosmetic treatments to REDUCE fat. While cryotherapy can
target fat loss in specific areas, the idea that it could lead to fat growth, especially in a
targeted fashion like the eyelids, is speculative. Fat growth as a result of cryotherapy is
not a recognized outcome and could be considered a misinterpretation of the
procedure's effects.
Any changes to fat distribution due to cold exposure are unpredictable and not a reliable
method for cosmetic enhancement.

Eyebrows:
Your eyebrows can provide a quick and significant change to your eye area. Changes
can be HUGE especially if they are sparse or light in color. Its also very simple and fast

Styles
Eyebrow style doesn't matter much; choose what you think looks best for you

Shape
Eyebrow shape is crucial and can greatly change your eye area; use our shaping
recommendations for your specific eyebrow type

Tilt
Eyebrow tilt is also important; ensure you trim the end of your eyebrow if it's drooping.
Use our growth recommendations if you want your eye area to be more positive

Density
Lacking density in your eyebrows can negatively impact your eye area

Set
Most people have an average or normal set, if you want to do extra work do our lower
set methods they take a long time though so keep that in mind

Color
Dye your eyebrows a shade darker, ideally a couple shades darker

Maintenance
Cleanup your eyebrows every two weeks with an eyebrow razor

Eyelashes
Doesnt matter much for guys, no need to do anything unless you really want to
maximize everything or make your eyes look more positively tilted

Upper Eyelid Exposure:

Double Eyelid vs. Monolid

Eyelid Skin
You can reduce uppereyelid exposure by lowering your eyelid skin. This can drastically
change your eyes appearance

Under Eyes:
Figure out if you have bags or troughs

Bags
Eye tightening cream and sleep are your two best options

Sunkin
Volufline is by far your best option. You can try moisturizing the area aswell

Color
Changing color can take a long time but there are some instant solutions that work well
if you willing to do them like makeup

Sunglasses can be a big boost in attractiveness, if worn on special occasions. Most
people with vision problems should wear contacts

Camera Perspective
Camera perspective can impact your eye area in pictures. Use a high angle and look at
the camera lens when taking pictures.

Lighting
Lighting has a big impact on eye color, but its not very important.

Wrinkles
Never get eye botox. Use normal antiaging suggestions if your worried about crows feet
