Course Package Grade 12 EGD
Course Package Grade 12 EGD
DESIGN GRADE 12
COURSE PACKAGE
Engineering Graphics and Design (EGD) teaches internationally acknowledged principles that have both
academic and technical applications. The emphasis is on teaching specific basic knowledge and various
drawing techniques and skills so that the EGD learners will be able to interpret and produce drawings within
the contexts of Mechanical Technology, Civil Technology and Electrical Technology.
The following table shows all of the tasks that you have to complete this year.
Use this page to tick off the tasks that you have done so far to ensure that you complete all the tasks for the
year.
GRADE 12 ASSESSMENT PROGRAMME
Year Mark: Task 2 (15%) + All course drawings (30%) + Midyear Exams (20%) + Prelim Exams (35%)
ANNUAL PLANNER
The annual planner is an important part of your learning journey. It tells you exactly what you must study
every week for the entire year. If you stick to your planner, you are guaranteed to get through all of your
content for the year.
