Daily OHS Work Responsibilities
Time Areas to be Involved
07:20 Reporting for Work, Job Task Assignment to Pest Control Team. (mehsan/sakthi )
08:10 Daily HACCP form Checks and Verification.
08:45 Daily Pest Control Report Submission to LME.(mehsan/sakthi )
Involve in the kitchen & Dining Operation to Monitor and check Food Safety, HACCP and cleaning Issues and coordinate with section head for immediate 09:30 -10:30 corrective action, Discuss observation with Head Chef / Dining Room Supervisor about your finding verbally and then send picture to WhatsApp Group for their information. Involve in the Dining room for pre-line checkup inspection and discuss with dining 11:00 – 11:30 room supervisor / Head chef if there is any issue present which can be an observation from Client during their line inspection time. Keep Eye on HACCP Documents in the kitchen areas and Plan Weekly Catering 12:00 -12:30 Training for Cooks and Kitchen Stewards with coordination of Head Chef. Training is weekly basis activities so stick on the day to ensure it being completed on time. Lunch and relax on desk, if there is any work need that to be considered then act 13:00 -14:30 accordingly. Involve in the kitchen and dining operation to follow up the observation and 15:00 – 16:30 findings which you have found during the morning time and involve yourself to familiarize more for the catering. Involve in the Dining room for pre-line checkup inspection and discuss with dining 17:00 – 17:30 room supervisor / Head chef if there is any issue present which can be an observation from Client during their line inspection time. Prepare the next day paper work for Pest Control and arrange other paper work 18:00 – 18:30 accordingly and keep file updated.

ACC Bi- Weekly Housekeeping Inspection as per Schedule. ACC Canteen Bi- Weekly Catering Inspection as per Schedule. ACC Housekeeping Weekly QHSE Training. Pilot Camp/CPF - Weekly Housekeeping & Catering Inspection as per Schedule. ACC Canteen Bi- Weekly Catering Inspection as per Schedule ACC Catering Daily QHSE Training. ACC Monthly storage inspection Pest Control Task execution and Monitoring. Camp Office Building Random Inspection as per Schedule. Monthly PPE Checklist, Spill Kit Checklist and Fire Extinguisher check as per Schedule. Canteen External areas check and follow up for corrective action. Maintenance Related Job Order submission and follow up.
