Ques 1 The base AB of the two equilateral triangles ABC and ABC’ with side 2a lies along the X-axis such
that the mid-point of AB is at the origin. Find the coordinates of the vertices C and C’ of the triangles.

Ques 2 Find the coordinates of the vertices of an equilateral triangle of side 2a as shown in the figure.

Ques 3 Let ABCD be square of side 2a. Find the coordinates of the vertices of this square if

(i) A coincides with the origin and AB and AD are along OX and OY respectively.
(ii) The centre of the square is at the origin and coordinate axes are parallel to the sides AB and AD
respectively.
