I have clearly understood

Compensation and Benefits

 Gross salary and Benefits provided by the organization as given in the offer letter
 Gross salary will have statutory deductions as per law of the land
 Over and above the Gross salary, I am entitled to mediclaim and accident insurance. Mediclaim is
contributory and coverage depends on Grade & Level
 I am also entitled to business incentives based on the account that I will be joining.
 Subject to conditions I will be provided lunch and dinner at work at an applicable subsidized cost. Discretion lies with the
organization.

Transport/other facilities

 Transport facilities will be provided to associates based on the allocated shift timings.
 Associates working in production or during night shift will be provided door to door pick up &drop facilities as per the
policy
 Any changes to transport policy will be communicated to associates time to time and I shall abide by it
 During my initial training period, I have to make my own transport arrangements.

Growth

 I will be eligible to apply for any Internal Job Posting only after 12 months of service based on my
performance and the requirement at that time.
 I can apply for any other job/process in Knoah Solutions after completing minimum 12 months in
the organization as per the present policy.
 Growth in the organization is based purely on performance, competencies and future role
expectation.

Job Profile
 Shift Timings and work hours could vary based on business requirement. There are no day time or
fixed shift opportunities available.
 Job description of the process that I am being hired for can be changed and also I can be moved to
other processes based on business requirement
 I may be moved to any process in Knoah Solutions which (based on business requirement) could be a voice, blended (
Voice & Chat), chat , email, or transcription process
 I know that I will be required to work 5/7 days a week whether I am a Part timer or a Full timer.
 Option of Compensatory Off and Over Time can be availed based on business needs.

On Boarding
 I am mandated to bring required documents as listed in the Annexure I on the Date of Joining.
 In the event of I not carrying the required documents, On Boarding will not be a possibility.
 Any insufficiency in the documentation i.e. Experience Letter, Educational Certificates,
Photographs etc., will prevent the Organization from On Boarding me.
 Back Ground Verification will be conducted for all candidates joining Knoah. Separation will be
initiated for candidates not clearing Back Ground Verification.
 It is advised that I will be transparent and honest in my disclosures with the Organization.

Leaves
 Full time associates are entitled to 21days of leaves, however in the first year of joining they are
entitled to leaves on a prorata basis, based on date of joining.
 All leaves are earned leaves. An associate is eligible for 1.75 days per month for every completed
month of service. Leave encashment will be as per the Organizational Policy. Maximum leaves
that can be accumulated are 45. Leave encashment attracts income tax as per the applicable
guidelines.
 New hires are not entitled to take leaves during the probation period or during first 3 months of
service or while during the training period
 The leaves need to be taken in consultation with the reporting Manager and need to be planned in
advance except in emergencies. Knoah reserves the right to approve or decline leave requests
made by the associate. I understand that leaves need to be taken post mutual consent between me
and my reporting manager
 All exceptions on leaves as agreed with the Operations Manager will be honored as documented
here
 During the training period it will be a 5/6 day week and no leaves will be granted and any
unauthorized leaves taken by an associate may lead to strict disciplinary action including
termination from services.

I know that the training period would last for 8-9 weeks Full time. The training might be held during day,
evening or night hours. I’m aware that there would be assessment during and at the end of the training
period which would determine if I’m ready to hit the production floor. Training might be extended if
required and my non performance may lead to termination of my service, as I do not qualify for the
process/competency that I have been hired for. Process allocation would be subject to clearing all training
assessments.

Policies, benefits and guidelines are subject to change and I need to abide by it. To help in better
understanding of the work environment, I am required to attend the induction session on joining the
organization

GENERAL:

I acknowledge that my educational and professional qualification and any courses being pursued by me
currently are accurately mentioned in my resume and no information is hidden from the company.
