PRIYANKA NEELAKRISHNAN, was born on December 20, 1990. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in
Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (2012); a Master of Science degree
in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Networks and Network Security from San Jose State University, San Jose,
California, United States (2016); and a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from San Jose State
