Technical Feasibility

This chapter includes the production aspects of the

technology used to produce the product, the project lay-

out, the building and facilities, the supplies, materials,

and utilities.

Product Description

The details of the offered products of the proposed

project are as follows;

use box with shredded to secure

your order with extra care and

wrap the box with bubble wrap

to ensure the quality of your

Production Process

I. Production Process

The manager will be the one to purchase and receive

the raw materials as well as the inventory of the received

raw materials. The Admin Assistant together with the Print

operator will be the one to store the raw materials. Print

operators will process the production of the customers’

product, and the cashier will pack and label the product

that is ready to sell off. Lastly, receptionist is

responsible for the accommodation of customers maintaining

a hospitable manner as well as promoting the products to

the customers.

II. Procedures of each product

a. Stickers

1. The cashier will ask the customer about their

desired sticker design, the kind of paper they prefer

(glossy or matte).

2. After that, the cashier will then send the

preferred stickers to the print operator to begin the

manufacturing of the product.

3. By manufacturing, print operator will use graphic

designing software for the quality of stickers.

4. Then, after finalizing the design, it will use high

quality printer for the high quality product.

5. Lastly, the products will be pack into a sealed

package carton.

b. Customized Stickers

1. It is the same with the production of stickers.

2. Sublimation blank acrylic will immediately put in

the printed stickers.

3. Print operator then put the sticker in the

laminator; this will harden the sublimation in the

stickers.

4. After the lamination, some chains will be attached

to the stickers.

c. Polaroid

1. Customers may send their photos to the business

email or device Bluetooth for the better quality or

they may go the photo booth prepared by the business

with their desire backgrounds and elements.

2. After the taking of photos, print operator will now

process the photo in editing software.

3. Then, after the finalization of edited photo, the

printing of Polaroid will begin.

4. The layout of the Polaroid will be based on the

customers’ preference.

d. Logo

1. Customers may describe the elements and fonts of

their desired logo.

2. Cashier will ask their email address which the

business will send the final product there.

3. For the logo, the print operator will now begin

working on the logo with the use of Adobe software.

4. After the finalization of the logo, print operators

will now begin for the increasing of the megapixels.

5. Then, the business will send the logo in the email

address left by the customer.

e. Customized Logo

1. Customers may inquire whether to customize their

chosen logo.

2. After the request, the business will begin sketching

the logo using hand art or digital art.

3. Then, it will be traced with care and add base

colors.

4. After that, it will add some colors to blend in and

to add to the hue of the logo.

5. It will be finalized to emphasize some elements in

the logo.

6. Lastly it will be scanned and will be sent to the

email address left by the customers.

f. Package Designing

1. Customers who inquired logos in our business that

will be used in their packaging may inquire in this

business.

2. The print operator will begin working with testing

of the packaging design and will consult the customer

for their satisfaction.

3. After the testing, the print operators as well as

the admin assistant will help to accommodate to the

number of packaging that is needed to work with.

4. The numbers of packages needed to design may vary

to the inquiry of the customers.

5. The logos in the packaging are long lasting

preventing them to fade in an instant.

Materials Handling Design

The proposed Rock Paper Stickers business will offer

quality and different products. The offered products are as

follows: (1) Stickers, (2) Customized Stickers, (3)

Polaroid, (4) Logo, (5) Customized Logo, and (6) Package

Designing. Each raw product are handled and stored with

care to avoid damage in the products and the finished

products are ensured to have the high quality in producing

and distribution of it. Raw materials such as printers ink,

glossy and matte photo papers, bond papers, adhesive

materials, tapes, and sticky papers will be purchase every

two (2) months. The production of the products may vary on

the inquiry of the customers. Stickers, customized

stickers, Polaroid, and logos will have immediate

production due to its less difficulty in manufacturing,

while the others may vary in time due to the time frame of

the production that ensures the high quality of the final

product.

different fields of business. In the domain of business,

new technologies are important tool which every

entrepreneur rely on it to expand and operate their

business well. Technologies provide a faster, efficient,

effective and convenience in making business transaction

The proposed project will be using various kinds of

technologies in manufacturing stickers, logos, Polaroid and

Manpower Requirements

Manpower or human resource are the people that works

together to create and deliver high impact solution to the

clients and proposed project to achieve goals and enhance

competitiveness to reap success.

Rock Paper Stickers will have five (5) days business

operation per week from Monday to Friday. The proposed

project will operate eight-thirty (8:30) in the morning to

four-thirty (4:30) in the afternoon with an hour of lunch

break at twelve noon to one o’clock.

Waste Disposal Method

The proposed project will have biodegradable and non-

biodegradable waste from its production. Biodegradable,

such as paper cuts and food waste will be separated and can

be recycled to be used as fertilizer or put into compose

pit. Non-biodegradable waste, bottles and plastics will be

recycled. Other waste will be collected by municipal

garbage truck Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
