一、 适用范围 Application

空气瓶用来贮存压缩空气, 供舰船主辅机及应急发电机的

启动，也可作为气动设备的气源。

Air receiver apply to store compressed air, for the starting main and

aux engine and emergency generator, but also as air supply for

pneumatic equipment.

二、结构形式见下图 Type and construction as below:

1.瓶头阀 Bottle head valve 2.铭牌 Name plate

3.本体 Body 4.排污螺塞 Drain plug

三、安装 Installation

1. A 型空气瓶用抱箍安装,其尺寸根据空气瓶直径制作, A 型空

气瓶的抱箍与筒体之间及 B 型空气瓶支撑与承座间需用 3-5mm

的橡胶或铅板作衬垫,以防剧烈震动.

Type A fitting ring should be used to clam air receiver accord to

diameter, rubber or lead plate 3-5mm in thickness to be filling

between the fitting ring and body (A type) or the support and

foundation (B type) to prevent violent vibration.

2.连接空气瓶的管路内部应保持清洁,以防杂屑进入空气瓶内,如

停留阀体内降低密封性能

Tubes connected with air receiver should be completely clean before

fitted otherwise slag may get in and damage the seal of valves.

3.仪表继电器需用¢6 紫铜管,从对应的阀口接出,安装在醒目的

位置

instrument and sensor to be connected with ￠6 copper tubes from

corresponding valves and fitted on apparent position.

四、保养 Maintenance

1. 阀杆四周漏气,压紧螺帽松,填料太少,拧紧压紧螺帽,增厚填料

重新拧紧螺帽.

leakage around the valve ，not enough stuffer or nut looser repair

adding stuffer and tight nut.

2. 阀漏气其原因：阀腔内有杂物，阀体磨损密封破坏，处理方法：

拆开阀清洗杂物，更换密封。

Valve seal leakage ：Slag inside or seal damaged. Repair: clean

inside renew seal.

3. 人孔装置和瓶头阀座板间漏气：其原因为螺帽松动，密封垫圈

损坏。处理方法：拧紧螺帽更换垫圈。

Manhole device and bottle head valve leakage：seal damage or nuts

loose . Repair：renew seal and tight nuts。

4. 定期排水排污 Open drain valve regularly for drainage

五、 贮存 Storage

空气瓶应放在室内贮存，保持清洁干燥通风。

The air receiver should keep be indoor 。Keep clean, dry and

ventilated
