 Handles not included.
 Site cleaning charges extra
 Add-on electrical fitting will be extra.
 Changes in design will be charged additional.
 Granite cost or Tiles cost will not be included in project value.
 Delivery date of project may be delayed by 5to10 day due transportation or any other
climatic issues.
 Plywood used 18mm BWP waterproof ISO-710 grade.
 10 years warranty on hardware (fitting charges are applicable).
 Site will be handed over within 45-60 days from the date of commencement of work to
customer subject to no deviations in the proposed work order and no pending works at the
site from builder side.
 In house painting cost will not be included.
 Electrical fittings like lights, fans, extra plug points cost is not included in project value.
 Bathroom fittings, bathroom mirrors, window curtains/blinds not included in project value.
 Warranty and other services will not be provided to customers if complete payment is not
made at the time of handover.
 Flat/ Site will be handed over only on receiving 100% payment from customer.
 Post-handover carpenter charges will be applicable for any kind of hardware
replacements.
 Delay in payment may extend the handover time and work, 2% Rate of Interest is
applicable for delay in payment post completion of the work.

1st payment =212000 (08-07-2024) (advance)

2nd payment =159000(19-07-2024) after making raw structure

3rd payment =106000(2-08-2024) after pasting laminates

4th payment =30000(after fixing doors)

5th payment =23000(before handover)
