PROVISIONAL OFFER OF CONFIRMATION

With reference to your application seeking an appointment in our branch/office, and your
subsequent interview, we have pleasure in offering you the position of (KYC INCHARGE ) At a
branch/office, under the control of KOLKATA The said provisional offer of appointment shall be
governed by the under mentioned terms and conditions apart from other service ruled and conditions
that are applicable or may become applicable from time.

Primary conditions of this provisional offer of Appointment are:

• Successful completion of the Indian post BDE training including the test at the close of the
training programmed.
• Satisfactory conduct throughout the program.

Upon completion of all the above conditions you will be given a posting order with the details of your
posting to a branch. You joining in the services of the branch/office, as per the branch/office’s records
for purpose of your employment with us will be considered as the date when you report to your posted
Branch.

1.Remuneration :- “Basic Salary : 24,980.00/- P.M.” (THE AMOUNT Rs.- 3500.00/- WILL BE REFUNDED).

It is brought your notice that till such time the conditions precedents and / or joining formalities are completed,
your salary shall not be released and the said salary shall be kept in sundry account.

• In case you are currently employed, you will be required to produce, within a amount of you’re joining
the Branch/Office, a letter from your present employers, relieving you unconditional from their services,
failing which your appointment may be terminated at the discretion of the Branch/Office.
