PROBLEM DEFINITION METHODOLOGY
Our main challenge that inspired this machine was not In our graduation project, we adopted the finding pharmacies in remote areas such as highways, So In order to study the need of improving our machine, Agile methodology to facilitate a flexible and the project team of ATMedicine made a questionnaire iterative approach to development. This about this project. Which led to us finding more methodology allowed us to break the project problems: * About 60% of the study sample people do not find into smaller, manageable increments called opened and nearby pharmacy during nights, holidays sprints, each of which focused on delivering and special occasions. when local pharmacies are a specific set of features. By continuously closed. * About 20% of the study sample has difficulties in reviewing and adapting our plans based on obtaining the medicine after doctor prescription. feedback from each sprint, we were able to * About 80% of the study sample people usually >10 respond swiftly to changes and incorporate mins waiting at the pharmacy until you get your medication improvements throughout the development * About 61% of the study sample can’t find pharmacies process. The collaborative nature of Agile on highways encouraged regular communication and coordination among team members, VISION/OBJECTIVIES fostering a dynamic environment that emphasized customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. This approach To design a machine that will provide drugs and medicines for patients automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This will make the access to drugs easier for all people in all the time.In order to reach the main goal of this project, there are many objectives to enabled us to deliver a high-quality, user- achieve, and the machine must have these properties: * Reliability: the machine should be reliable enough, and so it will deal with centered product in an efficient and adaptive two kinds of medicines ... prescribed medicines (that need a doctor prescription), and over the count - non prescribed medicines (like headache, manner. fever, cold, B.P drugs...). * Capacity: this machine will provide the most needed medicines and general drugs about (50 type). * Accessibility: this machine will be placed in public places like hospitals, clinics, health centers, rural places(highways) and outside pharmacies. * Safety: because drugs are very dangerous to deal with, and any mistake in giving medications will cause many problems; That’s why we made Special DELIVERABLES card user which their card will hold the drugs prescription given by the doctor which will make this machine safe enough.
