HOMEROOM: Self-Analysis: A Step To My Improvement
MIRRORING THERAPY
Process Questions with Answers:
1. I feel kind of shocked looking at my face in correspondence
to various emotions because what I expected was quite far
from reality.
2. For me it was easy, I guess its because I can immediately
recall a situation for the scenarios and then react to it just as
how I reacted to it before.
3. In terms of mirroring, I would say not really. Because as
much as I can imitate the face and how I looked at that time,
I can’t really imitate how I felt.
4. My strengths would be that I react quick in terms of
expressing how I feel on a certain situation. My weakness
also stems from that, because it doesn’t really take me a
long time to express, a lot of people would often misinterpret
my expressions such as that of apathy and anger.
Process Questions:
1. I find the activity very fulfilling for it makes me reflect on the
things I need to stop, minimize, continue, improve and start.
2. This can help me achieve my personal goals because it
keeps track of the things I intend to do in order to achieve
such.
3. The possible barriers in achieving my goals would be the
environment I have my study table at, the possibility of the
internet disconnecting and my own self-motivation
decreasing.
