This is to confirm your employment with Inspiro Relia, Inc. as Customer Service Representative on fixed-term basis for
a fixed period which will commence on September 25, 2023 end February 21, 2024 subject to the following rules
and regulations:

1. You shall receive salary and benefits listed above. The “no work, no pay” principle shall apply in the payment of
wages.

2. You are required to perform the duties and responsibilities that your position entails or as may be reasonably
assigned to you from time to time with utmost care and diligence. You may be assigned to any position, site,
project, or account as the Company may deem necessary. You may also be provided with an onsite arrangement
or work-at-home (WAH) arrangement depending on the business needs of the Company.

3. Your employment is conditional upon your attendance at the New Employee Orientation (NEO), and your first day
of training. Failure to do so shall render this contract ineffective and the Company has no obligation to
commence your employment.

4. Your continued employment is conditional on the Company being satisfied with your: (a) medical, physical and
mental fitness to perform your duties and resoponbilities; (b) truthfulness of the matters stated in your
application form, and (c) compliance with pre-employment requirements, such as mandatory government
registrations and alien employment permit, if any. You also agree that, any time, the Company may conduct any
investigation, checking and/or subject you to tests (e.g. HIV, drug, urine tests, etc.) for purposes of ensuring
compliance with these requirements. Noncompliance with any of these requirements automatically revokes this
fixed term contract without any liability on the part of the Company.

5. In order to equip you with skills and abilities necessary to perform your duties and obligations, you undertake to
complete and pass the training program for the account you will be assigned. Failure to pass the training shall be
a cause for termination of your employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Philippines.

6. Your normal working hours shall consist of 40 hours of work per week on shifting schedules (daytime or nighttime
work) depending on business exigencies. You agree to render work beyond the regular working time as may be
necessary subject to additional compensation, if applicable.

7. You shall devote all working hours to the Company and to refrain, during your employment with the Company,
from engaging other business or employment, whether within or outside of your working hours, without the prior
written consent of the Company.

8. You shall strictly abide by the Company’s Code of Discipline, Information Security Policy, WAH Policy, as may be
applicable, and all company policies.

9. Failure to submit pre-employment documents including proof of statutory government registrations on or before
the first day of your training may affect the timely release of your salary.

10. Damage or loss of company property attributable to your fault or negligence shall be deducted from your salary.

11. You are strictly prohibited to do the following:

a. Confidentiality: During your employment and in perpetuity, unauthorized disclosure of confidential


information about the Company and its clients, including, but not limited to, its operations, training,
products, services, customers and the customer list that may come to your knowledge during your
employment with the Company.

Unauthorized bringing out of the Company’s premises or your assigned workstation any confidential
document and company property.

b. Non-compete: At any time during your employment and for six (6) months from your separation, directly
or indirectly, engage in, or become employed or otherwise, involved, in any competitive or similar business
as that of the Company; or entice an existing or former employee to violate his non-compete covenant.

c. Conflict of interest: Canvassing or soliciting business from any person who is/was a client of the Company,
unless that person is already an existing client of your new employer prior to your assumption of
employment.

All records, designs, works made, or any other intellectual property made directly or indirectly by virtue of
this Agreement are and shall be the property of the Company. You shall cooperate to ensure that said
intellectual properties are duly registered with the proper authories.

Breach of any of the above provisions shall make you liable for liquidated damages in the amount equivalent to
six (6) months worth of your basic pay without prejudice to other available reliefs in accordance with law.

12. This Agreement may be terminated for violation of the Company’s Code of Discipline, WAH Policy and Guidelines,
as may be applicable, Company policies, and/or for other just or authorized causes provided in the Labor Code of
the Philippines.

13. Data Privacy. By accepting this Agreement, you hereby consent to the gathering, holding, and processing of
personal data provided to the Company for employment-related purposes. These include but are not limited to:

a. Conducting background check and investigation;


b. Administering and maintaining personal and professional records;
c. Providing information to third party administrators for the purpose of hiring assessments, background
checks, physical examination and other relevant processes to your employment; and
d. Providing information to other third parties, where required or permitted by law, including regulatory
authorities, government agencies, as well as parties with whom you voluntarily transact

By attaching your signature below or by replying your conforme through email, you acknowledge that you have read and
understood the terms and conditions of this employment contract and you agree to be bound and abide by the terms of
this contract.
