Taxonomy of Educational Goals & Objectives
▪ In order to know the extent to which learning has taken place,
targets are set (relative to the various domains of learning) and
measured.
▪ What learners would be able to do are classified/categorised (i.e.,
taxonomized).
▪ Taxonomy of educational objectives is therefore a hierarchical
model used to organize educational learning objectives into levels
of complexity and specificity.
